Sorare is taking significant steps to elevate its fantasy sports gaming platform. In an effort to align more closely with the needs and preferences of their Manager community, Sorare has unveiled a major revamp to its Referral Program. Set to be rolled out in mid-October, the key change pivots the referral rewards from being card-focused to credit-centric.
Taking community feedback into account, Sorare realized that while many users appreciated the allure of receiving specific Sorare player cards as part of their referral rewards, there was a significant desire for increased flexibility. This led to the introduction of Referral Credits, which act much like vouchers, allowing users to purchase digital player cards from the Primary Sales Market.
Safety and authenticity are paramount to Sorare. The team actively monitors and combats referral fraud, employing stringent tracking mechanisms to ensure that rewards are granted genuinely and transparently. The community plays a pivotal role in this, as they are urged to report any suspicious activities to maintain the platform's integrity.

The new system also integrates a progressive reward mechanism. For instance, if you bring in two new members in a day, your discount doubles, allowing you to save up to €40/£40/$40 on a purchase. Furthermore, specific referral milestones continue to offer card rewards:
Existing members won't lose their previous referral counts. If they are close to reaching a milestone, they will still receive the corresponding reward.
Earning these credits is straightforward. Users need to share their referral link, accessible on sorare.com/invite, with potential new members. Once the referee joins and makes the necessary purchases, both parties receive rewards, which will shift to credits once the October update is live.
