Developers building on Somnia will also gain access to Google Cloud’s integrated data and AI platform, which includes real-time blockchain data streaming via Google Cloud Pub/Sub and indexed blockchain datasets within BigQuery. Security is a major focus of the partnership. The integration brings in Google Cloud’s threat intelligence capabilities through Mandiant, a cybersecurity firm known for addressing both web2 and web3 security challenges.
