Eliza Labs New Platform for AI Agent Deployment in Web3

Eliza Labs, an open source AI development company, has announced the launch of auto.fun, a web-based platform designed to allow users to create and deploy their own autonomous AI agents. Built on ElizaOS, the company's multi-agent simulation framework, auto.fun enables the customization of agents through a no-code interface.

These agents are designed to perform complex tasks on-chain, with an initial focus on activity within the X ecosystem. The platform aims to expand its capabilities over time to include decentralized finance (DeFi), gaming, and other web3 services.

About Auto.Fun

Agents created through auto.fun operate based on user-defined instructions. For example, a prompt such as “Find me the best staking opportunities with at least 12% APY and automatically allocate funds” can guide the agent’s autonomous decision-making process. By removing the need for programming skills, Eliza Labs is targeting a broader audience interested in web3 automation and AI functionality.

Token Mechanics and Economic Design

Each AI agent launched on auto.fun includes its own token, which is introduced through a mechanism described by Eliza Labs as “Fairer Than Fair.” This process uses a bonding curve model that enables projects to acquire up to 50 percent of their token supply before public market listing.

The approach is intended to reduce the risk of early bot speculation and provide a more balanced launch environment. Additionally, a share of the fees generated from token trading is distributed back to the agent’s creator, creating an incentive for individuals to develop and maintain active agents on the platform.

Eliza Labs founder Shaw Walters stated that the goal of auto.fun is to make both AI and web3 technologies more accessible by allowing users to create agents that can act on their behalf. These agents could carry out tasks such as managing yield farming strategies, overseeing social media engagement, or executing trading operations, all within a framework designed to maintain economic sustainability for both users and creators.

Early Adoption and Ecosystem Integration

Several projects have already committed to using auto.fun at launch. Among them are FightFi, a social agent battler game; Comput3, a decentralized computing initiative; and Sigma Music Agent, a platform focused on AI-driven music interactions. The interest in auto.fun reflects a wider trend among blockchain-based projects exploring AI agent technologies. Other companies and platforms, including Faraway Games, Nifty Island, Blocklords, Bridgeworld, Planet Mojo, and blockchains like Ronin and Saga, are also experimenting with similar tools.

By positioning itself at the intersection of AI and blockchain, Eliza Labs is contributing to a growing ecosystem where autonomous agents can perform a range of tasks on behalf of users. The development of auto.fun marks a step toward broader adoption of AI tools within the web3 space, highlighting an ongoing shift toward automation and user empowerment in decentralized environments.
