Set in a satirical version of corporate life, every match is a battle to outwit, outplay, and outbluff your coworkers — because only one person gets promoted. The rest? Fired. But beyond winning matches, there’s a long-term metagame where players earn experience (XP), climb job titles, and eventually cash out for daily unemployment payouts. Gameplay and Features

Each match in Promotion Royale is a fast-paced elimination game where 2 to 8 players bluff, block, and steal their way through the office hierarchy. Every player starts with two hidden role cards like “HR Director,” “Accountant,” or “Sales.” Each role has a unique ability — but here’s the twist: you don’t have to actually have the role to use it. You just have to not get caught.

You can play actions like stealing coins, blocking others, calling bonuses, or even executing a firing — and you can do it truthfully or as a bluff. If someone challenges your action and you're lying, you lose one of your two roles. But if you're telling the truth and they wrongly accuse you, they lose one instead.

As the match goes on, players build coins, call each other’s bluffs, and knock each other out. When you're down to one role and get caught bluffing again, you’re out. The last surviving employee wins the ETH prize pool.

Outside of matches, the game introduces a long-term career system. Players earn XP even if they lose, and that XP can be used to climb corporate ranks — from Intern all the way to CEO. You can either keep climbing or choose to get fired at any point. Getting fired resets your XP but starts a stream of daily ETH payouts from the game’s Unemployment Fund. The higher your rank when you cash out, the longer and bigger your unemployment benefits.

There are also special actions, one-time-use abilities, and private match options for playing with friends. And if you're not in the mood to bluff through it all, there's even an "Auto-Farm XP" option where you burn ETH to gain XP directly, useful for players trying to reach high-level severance quicker.
