OverKnights is a free-to-play online card battler where you take control of a fully customizable Robotic Warrior and go head-to-head with other players in fast-paced PvP duels. You play as a Pilot climbing the mysterious Libra Tower, using strategy, skill, and a deck of Command Cards to dominate each floor. With swappable robot parts, deck-building mechanics, and an ever-evolving combat system, every match feels like a mind game as much as a brawl.
There are over 75 parts and 120 unique Command Cards to collect and each one brings new tactics to the table. You can customize how your OverKnight looks and fights, and Add Effects to your Cards / Personalize your Cards. Whether you're chasing wins, chasing style, or chasing both, OverKnights gives you the tools to make your mech yours.
After the collapse of the Information Age, humanity was a mess. Pollution, war, greed, you name it. Then came Cybermask. Nobody really knows who or what he is, but with the help of a powerful tech called the OverNet and something called Q-Bits, he gave humanity a second shot. The OverNet isn’t just a new internet. It lets people move energy, matter, and data through one system, basically letting humans control machines and tools with their minds using devices called MINDs.
From that came the rise of OverKnights. These Robotic Warriors are made entirely of Q-Bits and can only be fully powered by the will and imagination of their Pilots. To unlock the truth behind all of this tech, Pilots from all over the world compete by battling inside the Libra Tower. At the top sits the Hypercube, a mysterious artifact guarded by Cybermask himself. It’s said to grant knowledge to those strong enough to reach it.
Combat in OverKnights is built around turn-based, tactical fights called Anima Duels. You and your opponent take turns using Command Cards to attack, defend, or pull off special effects. It’s not just about who hits harder. It’s about who plays smarter. Each Pilot manages two key resources: Core Points, which is your mech’s health, and Energy Points, which fuel every move. Every action costs Energy, and managing it well is what separates rookies from real Pilots.

Customization is at the core of OverKnights. Every OverKnight is made from swappable Parts like arms, legs, torso, etc. These parts give your Overknight its abilities and playstyle.
OverKnights
Your deck is made of Command Cards that tell your OverKnight what to do in battle. These cards can be customized with Components that boost their stats, lower Energy cost, or add bonus effects.
OverKnights
You can block incoming attacks by discarding cards. Every STRIKE or BLAST needs to be blocked separately, so good defense means knowing when to hold and when to burn cards. Blocking too much drains your resources fast, but taking the wrong hit could end the round. The game also has a Recycling mechanic. When your deck runs low, you can recycle your discard pile. But each recycle adds a damage penalty. So the longer the duel goes, the more brutal things get.
OverKnights
The Libra Tower is where the real challenge of OverKnights begins. It’s a competitive PvP arena where you climb floor by floor by winning Anima Duels. Each floor limits the Parts, Command Cards, and Augments you can use, forcing everyone to adapt and play on equal terms. It’s not just about having the best gear, but making the most of what you’ve got.
As you climb higher, the duels get tougher. But with every win, you earn rewards like new Parts, Cards, and Cosmetics to upgrade your OverKnight. The further you go, the more powerful and personalized your loadout becomes. It’s all about discovering new synergies, adjusting your playstyle, and proving you’ve got what it takes to reach the Hypercube at the top.
OverKnights uses Web3 features through a system called Play to Own.
Parts come in Cosmetic Ranks and define your OverKnight’s playstyle. Tradeable Parts, Cards and Command Cards are tradable. This keeps the competitive balance while still giving players collection options and other cosmetics will be available for trade too. Cosmetics Limited edition and event-based cosmetics will be available through challenges or premium content.
All of this is powered by OVC, the game’s token. It’s used to:
OverKnights isn’t your typical card game with monsters and spell cards. Instead, it leans into fast-paced, tactical combat with mechanics that encourage smart resourcing, blocking, and card timing. Every card is tied to your knight's build, and since you can customize cards with different upgrades and effects, you can create unique combos and playstyles that match your strategy.
