Gameplay and Features
Outer Ring MMO ingeniously fuses third-person shooter mechanics with traditional MMORPG elements, offering an open-persistent world ripe for exploration and conquest. This hybrid gameplay supports both casual exploration and intense PvP combat, making it an ideal arena for eSports enthusiasts.
Players begin their journey by choosing from one of five species, each with a rich backstory and unique attributes:
- Earthlings: Known for their resilience and adaptability, Earthlings lead the Federation faction, striving for universal stability and human supremacy.
- Va’ans: War-driven and fierce, Va’ans worship Vassal, the Black Hole, and excel in combat and hunting.
- Oracles: Highly intelligent, these mollusc-like beings are technological savants, capable of interfacing with various devices and processing information rapidly.
- Scavengons: Once a nomadic race, these beings are now formidable due to their unique biological properties and are often under the Parasite’s command.
- Mechs: Artificially created by the Oracles, Mechs have gained sentience and now exist as a fully autonomous species.

How to Get Started
Currently, access to the Outer Ring pre-alpha test is exclusive to a select group who met the whitelist requirements in June 2023. These requirements include owning a digital wallet and possessing at least one Outer Ring NFT.
These NFTs must be acquired either through Lootboxes or via the in-game Marketplace, with the caveat that NFTs representing the game's five species are not eligible. Alternatively, in the absence of an NFT, users must hold a minimum of 100,000 Galactic Quadrant tokens. These tokens can be held in their wallet, invested in the project’s liquidity pools or stakes, or be part of Blink Galaxy.
