The Harvest, our GAM3 Awards Games' Choice award winner, has been the talk of the town lately. The game is finally releasing its most awaited public beta version on January 30th, and it's packed with several exciting updates and features. The game developers have been working hard to provide the players with an improved experience. One of the major updates is the migration from Unreal Engine 4 to UE5. The shift to the latest engine will bring a significant improvement in graphics and will offer a whole new gameplay experience to the players.
For the first time, the game will be accessible to the public 24/7, and all players can download, queue, and start playing. During the Open Beta, the game will be available on Asia and South America servers only. The developers are encouraging players to log in and play between 6 PM to 11 PM, SGT and BRT, to take full advantage of the game's rewards system.
The Open Beta will also bring stability improvements and bug fixes to the game. For players who have been following the game since its Pre-Alpha and Closed Beta stages, this update will provide a much smoother gameplay experience.
The most exciting news for players is the introduction of Ability Cards. Players can now equip their heroes with Ability Cards and test their effects in the game. The developers will be monitoring the card economy and the card's performance in the game and will make adjustments to balance the economy in preparation for the game's official launch, which is slated for March/April.
During The Harvest Open Beta Week, players can also earn Ability Cards and an exclusive Open Beta Community Badge. One lucky player who tweets their gameplay clips can win a Legendary Box as well. Overall, The Harvest Open Beta promises to be a thrilling experience for all Hero Shooter fans. Get ready to battle for the Essence and enjoy the game's new updates and features.
