Sunflower Land recently underwent a significant resource rebalance and reboot, correcting the imbalance that left some Bumpkins prospering with an abundance of resources while others struggled with scarce supplies. Various theories attributed the imbalance to an ancient Goblin spell or developer errors, but regardless of the cause, the resource upheaval has now leveled the playing field for all players.

A magical rumble in the mountainous regions of Sunflower Land triggered the resource rebalance, transforming landscapes and redistributing resources across the game world. All resources were removed from players' lands and returned to their inventories, allowing players to place trees, fruit, crops, and rocks wherever they desired.

Sunflower released the following FAQ to clarify certain points that might have left players curious for more information:

• To locate your resources, visit Inventory > Chest and place them as desired. Note that resources cannot be moved until landscaping is released.
• Crops and fruit in progress have automatically been sent to your inventory.
• Boulders have been removed from the game to prevent confusion. Eligible players will receive boulders via airdrop when the feature is ready.
• If you have a different amount of resources than other players at the same expansion level, refer to the concept land packs above.
• Players who had an insufficient amount of resources due to poor RNG will now have an appropriate amount of natural resources.
• Players with excessive resources may lose some of them, ensuring fairness for everyone. These players have had an advantage for the past six months, which has now come to an end.
• Landscaping is in progress, and once completed, players will be able to move their resources. Choose resource placement wisely in the meantime.

With the resource rebalance and reboot, Sunflower Land aims to provide a fairer and more enjoyable gameplay experience for all players.
