My Neighbor Alice collaborates with Pudgy Penguins in Chapter One: A New Adventure. Players can use their Pudgy NFTs as playable avatars, craft items, and explore Pudgy Land in this web3 crossover.
My Neighbor Alice has announced a new collaboration with Pudgy Penguins, adding a range of Pudgy-themed content to the game. The Chapter One: A New Adventure update, slated for June 17, will allow players who own Pudgy Penguins and related collectible NFTs to use them as playable avatars in the game. The update brings a unique crossover experience to My Neighbor Alice, letting players explore a new area called Pudgy Land alongside their own Pudgy collectible.

The collaboration will integrate 8,888 Pudgy Penguins, 22,222 Lil Pudgys, and 7,399 Pudgy Rods into My Neighbor Alice as 3D playable characters. Players will be able to control their own Pudgy character in the game world (metaverse) once their collectible hatches from an in-game egg upon logging in. Each character is a unique representation of the owner's digital collectible.
Pudgy Land, a new snow-covered area within the game’s archipelago, is designed to reflect the style and culture of Pudgy Penguins. Players can complete quests, interact with non-playable characters, and use specialized crafting stations in Tinsel Falls, a town center within Pudgy Land. The area will allow players to craft items, clothing, and emotes themed around their Pudgy character.

These crafted items can be traded and monetized within the game’s ecosystem. According to the team, only holders of Pudgy collectible NFTs can create and sell these specialized emotes and items in the game. The ability to craft and monetize items adds depth to the gameplay, letting players use their digital assets in a way that extends their utility.
The collaboration highlights My Neighbor Alice’s ongoing focus on true ownership and interoperability. Players who connect their wallets to the game will find custom content tied directly to their holdings. For Pudgy holders, this means having specialized rods, emotes, and quests available only to them.

Non-holders can still explore much of the game and buy crafted items from the in-game marketplace, adding a secondary market for these collectible resources. The team described this approach as “letting players use what they own, show who they are, and belong to something bigger.”
My Neighbor Alice is also running a $ALICE Adventure Airdrop alongside the Chapter One release. From June 3 to October 14, a total of 500,000 $ALICE tokens, valued at nearly $200,000, will be distributed to players who complete quests and refer friends to the game.
The airdrop comprises four waves, each offering players a chance to earn tokens through in-game activities and a rewards dashboard. Players connect their wallet or social account to track their progress and compete to earn a share of the tokens.

The collaboration with My Neighbor Alice comes at a busy time for Pudgy Penguins. The team is also preparing for the launch of Pengu Clash, a fast-paced multiplayer game for Telegram. Pengu Clash is powered by TON and designed for quick, competitive match-up gameplay. Players can connect their wallet to Pengu Clash to unlock additional rewards and cosmetics.
Additionally, Pudgy Penguins recently revealed a NASCAR collaboration. Although details remain scarce, a teaser video featuring Pudgy in a race car signals future plans to bring Pudgy-branded content into a new medium. This expansion comes alongside the physical toy collection available in major retail stores and future games like Pudgy Party and Pudgy World, all reflecting the team’s ongoing effort to bring their intellectual property into both digital and physical spaces.
