The Bug Bash Playtest is designed to give participants early access to a new build of Fableborne while allowing developers to identify and resolve technical issues before Season 4 officially begins. Testers will gain access to new content, including the hero Ember, new units, and other unrevealed features. The developers have emphasized that the session is expected to contain errors or glitches, with fixes implemented only if major problems occur during the testing period.
This playtest is confidential, and participants are prohibited from sharing details or content from the build. Rewards and progress earned during the test will not carry over into Season 4. However, the session will provide an opportunity to experience new web3 mechanics such as $POWER Chests and $POWER Bounties. These features were first introduced earlier in 2025 and are designed to provide in-game rewards and progression.

Primordial or Kingdom NFTs Needed
Participation in the playtest is limited to holders of Primordial or Kingdom NFTs. Interested players can register through Alphabot by creating an account and completing the required application steps. The process involves linking a Ronin wallet, connecting Discord and X accounts, verifying holder status in the official Fableborne Discord server, and providing either a Google Play Store or TestFlight email address depending on the device they intend to use. Applicants are also required to accept confidentiality terms before completing their submission.
A total of 2,000 participants will be selected for the test. At the time of writing, fewer than 300 entries had been submitted, leaving space available for additional applicants. This creates an opportunity for eligible holders who wish to contribute to the bug testing process ahead of the Season 4 release.

Role of Ronin Market and OpenSea
The Primordials collection consists of 1,392 profile picture NFTs with utility in Fableborne and other future titles from Pixion Games. The collection was launched on Polygon in October 2023 before migrating to Ethereum in May 2024. Primordials are currently available on OpenSea, Blur, and Magic Eden, with a floor price of 0.25 ETH across these marketplaces.
The Kingdoms collection was introduced in February 2025 and contains 7,251 NFTs that serve as in-game castles. These assets provide seasonal utility through staking leaderboards and a merge-to-mint system that allows players to combine ERC-1155 NFT resources such as wood and iron to increase rarity. Kingdoms are available on the Ronin network and can be purchased through the Ronin Market and OpenSea, with a floor price of 83 RON at present.

Final Thoughts
Fableborne is a free-to-play action role-playing and strategy hybrid game where players build and defend kingdoms while raiding others. The title integrates blockchain technology but is designed to make web3 elements accessible and unobtrusive. Players have previously engaged in “play to airdrop” events that rewarded points convertible to the $POWER token, which will later become directly earnable through gameplay following the token generation event.
Pixion Games has raised $12.4 million to support the launch of the $POWER token and the broader Power Protocol ecosystem. Season 4 will combine content initially planned for Season 5, resulting in a larger update compared to previous releases. Fableborne is set to launch on both Android and iOS once the new season begins.
