Disney+ has launched a new Perks program in the United States, offering ongoing subscriber benefits designed to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. The program introduces a variety of exclusive offers, savings, and experiences that will be available year-round. This marks an expansion of Disney’s previous limited-time offers into a continuous subscriber-focused initiative, with additional international rollouts planned later this year.

Subscribers to Disney+ and those on Disney's bundle plans will have access to several offers starting immediately. These include a chance to attend the world premiere of Freakier Friday before its official theater release on August 8, as well as an opportunity to win a four-night cruise on the Disney Destiny, which is scheduled to begin sailing from Fort Lauderdale in November 2025.

In addition to event-based rewards, the program features everyday benefits such as a six-month free DashPass membership from DoorDash, 20% off at adidas.com and in the adidas app, 15% discounts at Funko.com and Loungefly.com, a three-month free trial of CLEAR+ for travelers, and a two-month free trial of Super Duolingo. Subscribers who play Disney Emoji Blitz will also receive a free in-game emoji.

Disney is also extending special summer savings at Walt Disney World Resort. Subscribers who stay two nights or more at select Disney Resorts Collection hotels can access discounted rates starting from $99 per night at Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort. Additionally, players can obtain in-game rewards such as a free Monopoly Go token and a Star Wars TIE fighter token.

Introduction of Disney Pinnacle by Dapper Labs

In conjunction with the Perks launch, Disney has introduced Disney Pinnacle by Dapper Labs, a web3-based digital collectible experience. Developed in partnership with Dapper Labs, a blockchain gaming company, Disney Pinnacle allows users to collect and trade digital pins styled after characters from across 100 years of Disney storytelling, including characters from Pixar and the Star Wars franchise. The platform represents Disney’s latest step into web3 and digital ownership, bringing the long-standing tradition of Disney pin trading into a digital format.

Currently available in a closed release, Disney Pinnacle offers early access to Disney+ subscribers. These users can claim a $10 Dapper Credit until June 26 and begin collecting digital pins through a variety of channels including a revolving storefront, Mystery Capsules, and bundles. The storefront allows collectors to purchase open edition pins during limited-time sales, while the Mystery Capsules contain randomized digital pins from different sets. Each capsule includes one pin, and details regarding the pins and their odds are provided within the platform.

Future Marketplace and Community Features

At present, digital pins can be purchased directly within the Disney Pinnacle mobile app, which is available for both Android and iOS. Transactions are completed using in-app purchases. While Dapper Balance is not currently accepted for transactions, future updates regarding payment methods will be announced on Disney Pinnacle’s social media channels.

Disney Pinnacle is expected to expand its offerings in the near future. A digital marketplace is in development, which will allow collectors to trade pins with one another. In the meantime, users can create personalized collections known as Pinbooks. These collections can be customized and shared through the app, offering a way for collectors to display their pins within the community.

Hulu's New Complementary Subscriber Perks

In addition to the Disney+ Perks program, Hulu will introduce its own suite of subscriber benefits starting June 2. These offers are intended to complement those available through Disney+ and will be available to Hulu-only and bundle subscribers. New Hulu perks will be released throughout the summer and will include access to fan experiences such as Comic-Con.
