Apeiron, the innovative web3 MOBA god game has revealed a new annual event, Apeiron Guild Wars 2024 commences with online preliminaries running from May 21 to June 25, leading up to an in-person final event. Guilds aiming for a spot in the tournament will compete on a specialized Guild PvP online leaderboard from May 21st to July 2nd.

The SEA Invitational is scheduled for July 11th to July 14th, followed by the NA Invitational from July 18th to July 21st. Following these events, the top 12 guilds from both regions will be invited to participate in the Apeiron Guild Wars 2024. The main event, set to take place in Hong Kong in Q3 2024, will feature a double-elimination bracket tournament format.

$1 Million Prize Pool

Notably, the top four seeded guilds will receive a first-round bye, advancing directly to the finals. The $1 million prize pool will be distributed based on tournament standings, with a split between USD 500,000 and USD 500,000 worth of NFTs for top Apeiron guild competitors.

The tournament is open to the entire web3 community and established guilds. Past Guild Wars Preliminary participants include Avocado DAO, GuildFi, W3GG, Zombie Club, Ancient 8, METAT8, Sura, and APE.GG. Foonie Magus CEO Frank Cheng emphasized Apeiron's commitment to competitive gaming, stating:
