Netherak Demons

Introduction

Set in the cursed world of Netherak, Netherak Demons puts players in the role of demons fighting for dominance and survival. With fast-paced combat, deep progression systems, and a choice between solo or co-op play, it challenges players to master both raw power and tactical skill. Featuring character classes like the Ravager and Soulbinder, the game offers a grim, relentless journey through a world torn apart by war between light and dark.

Netherak Demons throws players straight into the middle of a dark, broken world where demons are fighting to take back what's theirs. Built by Netherak Entertainment, the game blends action RPG combat, loot farming, and web3 elements. It's starting out on PC through the Epic Games Store, with plans to move onto consoles later. While the blockchain integration gives players ownership over their loot, the real hook is the world itself, dangerous, grim, and full of enemies waiting to be crushed. With early access just around the corner, players looking for something a little rougher and meaner than the usual hero story might find a home here.

Game Lore

In Netherak, you're not saving kingdoms or slaying dragons for glory. You're the demon. And the world? It's yours to take. After centuries of defeat and exile, demons are rising again, crossing cursed realms and abandoned worlds to gather lost power. Every human, hero, and angel that stands in the way is just another soul to harvest. The story isn't about finding redemption, it’s about domination. As you cut your way across the wastelands of Netherak, every victory drags you closer to awakening the ancient force known as Imuran, and reclaiming the throne that was never meant to be lost.

Gameplay and Features

Netherak Demons plays like a brutal, fast-paced action RPG where quick reflexes matter just as much as smart decision-making. At launch, players can choose between two distinct classes. The Ravager thrives in close-quarters combat, relying on heavy-hitting melee attacks and a relentless fighting style to overpower enemies. On the other hand, the Soulbinder takes a more tactical approach, using summons and Hellion fire magic to control the battlefield from a distance. Each class comes with its own progression paths, letting players unlock new skills, passives, and powerful abilities based on their chosen playstyle.

The enemies you face aren’t just filler mobs. Battles pit you against corrupted humans, fallen champions, angels, and demonic bosses that each require different tactics to overcome. Combat rewards players who can control the flow of battle — weaving together movement, attacks, and ability timing — rather than just spamming buttons. Some fights demand patience, while others punish hesitation. Managing cooldowns, reacting to enemy patterns, and knowing when to commit are key parts of staying alive as you push deeper into the cursed world of Netherak.

Exploration is also a major part of the experience. The world is split into distinct regions, each packed with hidden loot, optional challenges, and lore waiting to be uncovered. Some areas can be tackled early for greater rewards, but they come with serious risks if your demon isn’t ready. The game encourages players to take calculated risks and rewards those willing to step off the beaten path.

If you prefer playing with others, Netherak Demons supports multiplayer across missions, boss fights, and even world events. You can jump in with friends or team up with random players to take on stronger enemies that would be overwhelming alone. Multiplayer adds an extra layer of coordination, letting players chain their abilities together or create openings for devastating attacks. At the same time, the full game can still be completed solo if you prefer handling things your own way.

Post-launch, the developers have plans for regular updates, expanding the world with new acts, quests, and character classes like the exiled angels. New bosses, seasonal content, and progression updates are also on the roadmap, giving players a reason to keep building their demons and testing their skills long after the first playthrough.

NFTs and Blockchain

The blockchain part of Netherak Demons is there for players who care about the real ownership of their loot. Instead of having rare gear locked inside a server forever, players can earn, trade, or sell their items and characters outside the game through on-chain systems powered by the Somnia blockchain. It's not forced on anyone, but it’s there if you want to dive deeper into the economic side. The main in-game currency for this is Soul Shards, earned by beating enemies and completing quests. Players can use them to summon items, boost abilities, or just flip them in the marketplace if they’re looking to trade.

How to Get Started

Once early access drops, getting into Netherak Demons will be pretty straightforward. Players will download it through the Epic Games Store, create a demon character by picking between Ravager or Soulbinder, and start fighting their way through the first areas. The early quests and fights will help players get used to the combat system without throwing too much at them all at once.
