Game Lore

The game is set in the year 11,752, under the rule of the Metagalactic Collective, an organization guided by an advanced AI known as The Onemind. This AI has developed Terraforming Capsules, a groundbreaking technology that transforms barren planets into thriving ecosystems filled with valuable resources. The Dalarnia sector is the first to undergo this transformation, attracting adventurers from across the galaxy in search of fortune. Despite whispers of strange formations and dangerous creatures below the surface, you’ve made the journey to these distant worlds, ready to make your mark in the Mines of Dalarnia.

Gameplay and Features

Mines of Dalarnia offers a rich blend of exploration, combat, and strategy. The core gameplay revolves around mining. You’ll start by selecting a mining plot and paying a rent fee in $DAR to gain access. Each mine is procedurally generated, presenting you with a unique set of challenges every time you dive in. The deeper you go, the more valuable the resources you’ll find, but the risks also increase, demanding better equipment and more strategic play.

Your progression in the game is closely tied to the equipment you craft. Mining tools, weapons, and armor all play crucial roles in how you approach each mining run. Stronger tools allow you to dig through harder blocks, while powerful weapons make it easier to defeat the monsters that inhabit the mines. Armor provides defense and can protect against various environmental hazards. In addition to functional gear, you can also equip cosmetic items that change your character's appearance without affecting their stats. Each piece of equipment can be crafted on-chain as NFTs or off-chain, with the option to tokenize it later.

As you explore the mines, you’ll collect resources that can be used not only to craft and upgrade your equipment but also to create consumables. These consumables, like Terraforming Capsules, are vital for maintaining land plots and ensuring they remain profitable for landowners. Other consumables include teleportation devices and health packs, which can be lifesavers during intense mining sessions.

The tutorial will guide you through the basics, including mining, crafting, and combat, and completing it will reward you with a two-week Mining Pass.
