Overview
Welcome to the world of Last Remains, a stealth zombie battle royale that takes you on a thrilling journey of survival in a post-apocalyptic world. This game combines the excitement of the Battle Royale genre with the thrill of zombie games and the strategic elements of stealth games.
In Last Remains, you drop into a map with other players, and your goal is to be one of the three survivors who get picked up by the rescue helicopter. You start with nothing but can take risks by entering buildings during your journey in search for gear. The game is heavily built around the environment, forcing players to use their surroundings to get around obstacles versus running out in the open.
The World
The first map is set in the city of Chongqing, China. The world is infested with zombies, and players must navigate through this dangerous environment to survive. The world has a dynamic weather and lighting system, and players must also manage their hunger and thirst levels to stay alive.
Equipment and Weapons
Last Remains offers a variety of equipment and weapons that players can find and use. These include pistols, rifles, shotguns, hunting bows, and melee weapons like shovels, sledgehammers, baseball bats, and more. Each weapon has different attributes like damage, fire rate, accuracy, durability, noise distance, weight, effective range, and reload time.
Characters
Players can choose from three types of characters:
- Free To Play Characters: These characters do not require a wallet to be minted and can be treated like traditional free-to-play games. The key limitation of free-to-play characters is that Skins and Shards found will be soulbound, meaning they cannot be transferred to the blockchain.
- Character NFTs: These characters are minted on the Polygon blockchain or as an in-app purchase. They act as a battle pass that has a limited 60-day game limit. During this time, players earn Skins and Shards that are not soulbound, allowing them to freely transfer to the blockchain and upgrade them with Zombie Token ($ZT).
- Genesis Character NFTs: These characters act as a lifetime battle pass; they do not have a 60-day time limit. They are not soulbound and hence can be transferred or sold on marketplaces. These characters will have a limited supply of 10,000 and can only be purchased during our mint event in May 2023 or on secondary markets.
