Overview

Gatto is an exciting play-to-earn (P2E) game developed on the TON blockchain, designed to be played within Telegram. This Tamagotchi-like game allows players to earn TON tokens by caring for virtual pets, participating in competitions, and engaging in a range of in-game activities. Gatto blends elements of Tamagotchi with platformers and city-building mechanics, and has plans to introduce both PvP and PvE battles in the future.

In the Gatto universe, players step into the role of trainers, responsible for raising and training Gattomon pets. The world of Gatto is rich with diverse biomes, each serving as the habitat for different Gattomon species. Players will discover rare and mythical pets, participate in seasonal events, and compete to become the best trainer in this expansive universe.

Gameplay and Features

The core of Gatto's gameplay involves nurturing your Gattomon pets. Players must ensure their pets are well-fed, happy, and healthy. The better the care, the more valuable the rewards. Players must monitor their pet's satiety and mood. Higher levels of both increase the likelihood of receiving valuable gifts, including TON tokens from Legendary and Mythical pets. Up to 20 gifts can be collected daily from each pet. These gifts can include Coins, Experience, and for higher rarity pets, TON tokens.

Competitions

Players can enter their pets into competitions to earn in-game currency, experience, random drops, and TON tokens. The reward system is based on the pet's generation and league. In addition to competitions, Gatto features player-versus-player (PvP) battles where players can form squads of three Gattomons to face off against other players.

The squad typically consists of a Tank that absorbs damage and protects other members, a Free Agent who is a versatile fighter capable of dealing damage or supporting the team, and a Damage Dealer who delivers quick and heavy damage.

PvP and Battle Cards

Each Gattomon has battle cards that influence combat outcomes. These cards are determined by the pet's biome, species, and rarity. The higher the rarity, the more powerful the available cards.

Trading and NFT Integration

Gattomon pets can be turned into NFTs and traded on various marketplaces. The value of pets depends on their rarity and generation. Legendary Eggs have ranged in price from 7 TON to 50-55 TON recently. 

Earning TON

Players can earn TON tokens through a variety of in-game activities, including airdrop events where TON tokens are distributed to active players, competing in events, and collecting gifts from Legendary and Mythical pets. To withdraw TON tokens, players must earn a White List role by being active and making in-game transactions.

Players can achieve the Advanced Trainer role by completing specific actions such as creating NFT pet cards, participating in competitions, and making in-game purchases. This role offers various benefits and rewards, including increased chances of receiving TON tokens and exclusive items.

NFTs and Blockchain

Gatto utilizes the TON blockchain to provide a secure and transparent gaming experience. The integration of NFTs allows players to own and trade their in-game assets, adding significant value and engagement to the game. How to Get Started

Getting started with Gatto is simple and engaging. First, open Telegram into the Gatto Telegram game app. Click on the bot and follow the on-screen instructions to start the game. Upon starting, you'll receive your first Gattomon pet, which you can name and place in your neighborhood. To ensure your Gattomon thrives, feed, play with, and nurture it to keep its satiety and mood levels high, as higher levels increase the likelihood of receiving valuable gifts, including Coins, Experience, and TON tokens.

Participate in competitions by clicking on the Stadium icon in your neighborhood, selecting the competition type and league based on your pet's generation, and competing to earn in-game currency, experience, and TON tokens. Regularly check your pet's gift scale and collect gifts up to 20 times per day, which can include Coins, Experience, and for higher rarity pets, TON tokens. You can also turn your Gattomon pets into NFTs and trade them on the Getgems NFT marketplace, and upgrade your pets by crossbreeding to increase their generation and rarity.
