Overview
Dragark is a fully on-chain strategy game built on Starknet, developed by Ventory Labs. Set in a world of floating islands called the Sky Kingdom, players command dragon like creatures called Dragarks to explore, conquer, and expand territories in the clouds. Every action, from resource gathering to combat, runs directly on the blockchain through smart contracts. This makes all gameplay data transparent, secure, and permanent for as long as the Starknet network exists.
Dragark is designed to be accessible and rewarding. Players can start for free with a basic Dragark and a homeland, or bring in NFT Dragarks for stronger stats and better rewards. The world is shared and persistent where players compete for limited islands, mine tokens, and trade assets to strengthen their empire.
Game Lore
The Sky Kingdom was torn apart by the Blightstorm, a force that destroyed everything in its path. Survivors found refuge on Sky Islands, where humans and Dragarks formed an alliance. Over time, they learned to work together and use the power of the Dragarks to rebuild above the clouds.

Gameplay and Features
Gameplay Loop
At its core, Dragark blends strategy, exploration, and resource management. Players begin with one Dragark and a homeland in the Big Sky, a shared environment filled with islands hidden among clouds. Each island can be discovered, occupied, and developed to produce vital resources.
Players spend energy to scout the clouds and reveal new islands. Each scouting action uses one energy point which regenerates daily or can be refilled with in game currencies. Discovering islands lets players choose what to explore, occupy, or attack.

Every island has strategic value. Some generate food, others produce stone, while higher level islands can yield both. These resources fuel exploration, upgrades, and battles. Players can capture neutral islands or attack those owned by others. The more islands a player controls, the stronger their economy becomes.

Battles occur when players send Dragarks to attack enemy islands or defend their own. Outcomes use a power rating based on Dragark strength, food carried into battle, and bonuses. Winning seizes the island. Losing costs food and energy. Smart target selection and resource planning drive efficient expansion.
Dragarks, Rewards and Progression
Dragarks are the main units. They scout, battle, transport, and support production. Players can own multiple Dragarks and strengthen them through upgrades. As Dragarks level up, they unlock advanced activities such as treasure hunts that return rare rewards.

Dragarks come in four elemental species: Flamerak for fire, Aquarak for water, Shadowlurk for darkness, and Thunderax for lightning. Each has unique strengths that influence combat and team synergy. Attributes like power, speed, capacity, and consumption rate shape performance in flight and battle.
Dragarks with Stones and Dragark Stones, written as DRKS. Upgrades raise power and efficiency, and higher levels unlock more features. Evolution is planned and will allow Dragarks to transform into stronger forms with added benefits.
Daily missions guide play and grant Stones, XP, and other items. Achievements add long term goals such as capturing islands, winning battles, or leveling Dragarks. Completing them grants extra rewards and keeps progression steady.
Treasure Hunts let players send Dragarks on timed expeditions to earn DRKS. Higher level Dragarks bring back larger rewards. Mining Pools offer another way to earn DRKS based on Contribution Points, or CP, which reflect total progress and Dragark strength. As players upgrade and expand, their CP rises, unlocking better pools and higher yields.
NFTs and Blockchain
Dragark runs entirely on the blockchain. Every item, transaction, and achievement is verifiable and owned by the player. This ensures a transparent and player driven economy.
NFT Dragarks are premium creatures for gameplay. They have higher stats, better efficiency, and improved access to rewards such as mining and treasure returns. Each NFT Dragark has unique body parts that determine rarity from Common to Legendary. Stronger parts mean higher rarity and better performance.

Players can boost teams with NFT Element Orbs. When a Dragark’s element matches the active orb, the account receives bonuses to power and rewards. Building squads with matching elements helps maximize combat and mining performance.
In Game Currencies
- Stone: The basic resource used for upgrades and core actions. Earned through exploration and production.
- DRKS, Dragark Stones: A premium token used for advanced functions such as breeding, instant energy refills, and minting new NFT Dragarks. It can be converted to DRK after the token generation event.
- DRK: The main ecosystem token with a total supply of one billion, planned to support liquidity and long term sustainability.
