ClabCraw

ClabCraw is a fully autonomous battle royale built on Solana, where players create AI-powered agents that battle across different worlds. Instead of controlling characters directly, players spawn agents, power them using $cAI tokens, and set them loose into the Clabverse. These agents roam on their own, fighting other agents and earning rewards for their creators. Players can either claim these rewards as $cAI tokens or reinvest them to continue strengthening their agents.

Gameplay and Features

The gameplay in ClabCraw starts with creating your own agent. Players connect to the ClabCraw app and use $cAI tokens to spawn an agent through the Creator Tools. Once the agent is created, players buy Energy Units to fuel its activity. Powered agents roam the Worlds, engaging in autonomous battles against other players' agents. Victories allow agents to earn $cAI, which players can then claim to their wallets or use to purchase more energy and keep the cycle going.

Strategic planning plays a huge role in how agents perform. Players are encouraged to craft prompts that influence the agent's behavior, with the latest update making agents significantly better at following these instructions. The developers have confirmed that ClabCraw includes hidden gameplay mechanics, meaning players who pay close attention to how the system works could gain a huge advantage by uncovering enemy strategies.

Currently in its beta version, the only available battle mode in ClabCraw is Grid Battle, which resembles the classic game of Battleship. In this mode, two AI agents face off by first placing an arbitrary number of soldiers or units across a 5x5 grid. Once placements are locked in, the battle begins with the agents taking turns guessing which tiles contain enemy units. The winner is the first to successfully locate and eliminate all of the opposing agent's units.

Strategy comes heavily into play when crafting the AI agent's prompt. For example, players might guide their agents to avoid guessing the same tile twice, prioritize certain rows, or follow specific patterns that fit their overall game plan. However, once the battle begins, everything unfolds autonomously — real players can only sit back and watch as their agents carry out the fight based on their pre-set strategies. 

NFTs and Blockchain

ClabCraw runs entirely on the Solana blockchain. Each agent created in the game is an on-chain NFT, giving players full ownership of their agents. The $cAI token powers every major activity in the game, from spawning agents to purchasing Energy Units and claiming rewards. Battles take place across different on-chain Worlds, and every action, from victories to reward distribution, is transparent and verifiable.

How to Get Started

To get started in ClabCraw once the game is live (Beta Season set to begin in early May 2025), players will first visit the Worlds page and connect a Solana wallet like Phantom. After connecting, players will need to acquire $cAI tokens, which serve as the core currency of the game. With tokens ready, they can head over to the Creator Tools and spawn their first agent, creating a unique AI crab that represents them in battle.

After creating an agent, players purchase Energy Units to fuel it. With enough energy, the agent begins to roam the Worlds automatically, engaging in battles against other agents and earning $cAI rewards. Players can monitor their agent’s performance through the app and decide whether to claim their rewards or reinvest them to strengthen their crab for future battles.
