The narrative of BattleRise unfolds in the mystical land of Eos, inhabited by ancient gods, magical artifacts, and iconic heroes. The storyline centers around a pantheon of deities such as Nan-Madol, the god of emptiness and balance. These gods influence the gameplay by adding new dimensions to dungeon explorations and enemy confrontations through a variety of challenges and rewards.

BattleRise offers a strategic, turn-based combat system requiring players to tactically manage a team of champions, each with distinct abilities. Success in battles hinges on exploiting enemy vulnerabilities and strategically commanding your team. At the Forge, players can use materials like Starsteel to create Epic Artifacts, significantly enhancing their champions’ capabilities. This feature is pivotal for both boosting combat effectiveness and crafting gear.
The game's structure includes multi-level dungeons each presenting unique challenges. Updates regularly introduce fresh deities and adversaries, along with game-changing modifiers. BattleRise: Kingdom of Champions now operates with full Web3 functionality on the Tezos blockchain, supported by a grant from the Tezos Foundation. In 2025, the game expanded to a multi-chain framework by joining the Beam Network, allowing smoother transactions and broader access for players. The team also began preparing for the $BATTLE token launch, which will connect in-game achievements with blockchain rewards and NFT ownership. Players can collect and trade champion NFTs, skins, and gear through integrated marketplaces, while traditional players can continue enjoying the full RPG experience without engaging in blockchain systems.
Latest Game Updates (2025)
Early in 2025, BattleRise rolled out its multi-chain strategy by announcing a partnership with the Beam network / Etherlink layer, marking its commitment to blockchain expansion beyond Tezos. This includes upcoming NFT skins and a roadmap for the token $BATTLE, opening up collectible and tradeable assets for players.
During the summer and into August 2025, major gameplay updates launched: version 0.166.0 introduced the “Gauntlet” eight-player PvP mode, rebalanced Arena rewards, and added new Legendary Champions and artifacts.
