So, what is Party Icons all about? Imagine an adrenaline-packed theme park where every match brings a new twist and every player gets a chance to shine. Part battle royale, part chaotic mini-game showdown, Party Icons is designed to keep you on the edge of your seat. The game mixes traditional battle royale elements with party mini-games, where you can go from serious heist action to lighthearted fun in the blink of an eye. Players can dive into modes like Party Heist and Carnival, each one with unique objectives and competitive elements. 

Getting Started

Let’s get you from zero to party hero in a few quick steps.

Step 1: Download the Game

Head over to the official Party Icons website here. From there, select the download option that fits your device:

• Windows: Download the PC client directly from the site. Party Icons supports Windows 7 and up.
• iOS: Install TestFlight from the App Store and use the special link on the website to access Party Icons.
• Android: Download the APK file from the official link on the website.

Step 2: Set Up Your Account and Wallet

Once you’ve installed the game, it’s time to set up your account. Choose from two login methods:

• Wallet Login: Select either Ronin, Metamask, or OKX wallets for secure, quick access to your in-game items and NFTs.
• Social Media Login: You can also log in using Ronin Waypoint for a smooth experience if you’re not familiar with wallet setups. This log-in method is preferable since the game would ask you to log in using Ronin Waypoint once you get the game booted up.

Step 3: Link Your Wallet

Linking your wallet with Ronin Waypoint lets you access exclusive in-game features like viewing your NFTs and tracking rewards. Be sure to use the same wallet on both the website and in-game for seamless gameplay. And you’re ready to go! Let’s move on to the fun part, which is gameplay of course.

Party Icons brings an exciting mix of variety and competition, blending strategic heists and spontaneous mini-games that offer unique challenges and plenty of ways to rack up rewards. From the game’s home screen, you can jump straight into the action by selecting your preferred game mode from the top-left corner. Keep in mind that most matches require an entry fee in in-game currency, so choose your modes wisely. The controls are intuitive and smooth especially for mobile devices, drawing on familiar battle royale mechanics. You’ll have multiple weapon slots, loot boxes scattered throughout the map, and unique Hero skills to deploy, all leading up to a final loot extraction if you survive the battle. 

Game Modes 

• Party Heist: This is the main competitive mode, combining elements of treasure hunting and battle royale. Eight players (four teams of two) drop into a 12-minute match to battle, loot, and survive. Your goals? Defeat NPCs, take down other players, and collect as many treasures as possible, all while staying alive! Make it to an extraction point before time runs out to keep your hard-earned loot. One unique aspect of Party Heist is the random appearance of a mysterious "Sponsor," who can activate OGX God Mode. This feature adds an entirely new layer to gameplay by allowing one player to influence the match with real-time tactical effects, impacting all other players and adding twists to keep everyone on their toes. There are three session types:
  
  In the Coin Session, players engage in a simpler, entry-level match focused on collecting coins (basic in-game currency), making it an ideal starting point for newcomers. Diamond Session ramps up the intensity, featuring higher rewards and the exciting possibility of activating OGX̅ God Mode mid-match, where a player can alter the game's dynamics in real-time. For those looking for guaranteed returns, the Elixir Session requires an Elixir Session Ticket but ensures players receive valuable rewards, providing a more assured yet competitive experience.
  

• OGX̅ God Mode: Reserved for OGX̅ NFT holders, this mode lets players become god-like figures, adding extra challenges and rewards. From above, God players can influence gameplay using skills like snowstorms, timed bombs, and teleportation tricks. Each skill costs energy points, which regenerate over time, so use them wisely to keep hero players on their toes!

• Carnival: Perfect for casual gameplay, Carnival offers a range of mini-games, including:Luck-Based Games bring fun, random challenges where anyone can win, and skill takes a backseat—examples include Rocket Roulette and Rock, Paper Kaiju, where chance determines the outcome. Strategy-Based Games demand careful planning and tactical decision-making, such as in Kraken Treasure or Missile Impossible, where thinking ahead can lead to victory. Finally, Skill-Based Games put precision and timing at the forefront, rewarding players who can master control and agility in games like Chessboard Inferno and Maze Meltdown.
  

Heroes and Weapons

Heroes come with unique abilities and are classified by rarity: N, R, SR, UR, CR, G, and LR. Higher-rarity heroes offer stronger abilities and additional backpack slots, which allow for more loot during matches. During CBT1, SR, UR, and CR level heroes can even be minted as NFTs, making them rare and valuable.

Weapons, like heroes, come in various rarities and can be upgraded with skins. Weapons are key to customizing your playstyle, and the right loadout can make a big difference in challenging modes like Party Heist. Each weapon has unique traits, so choose wisely based on your hero’s strengths and the game mode.

Both heroes and weapons can be upgraded or obtained through Partyboxes, so keep an eye out for these valuable assets.

Tokens, Mining, and Rewards

1. Mirble: The main utility token used for in-game purchases and exchanges. You can earn Mirble through gameplay and mining, and it’s essential for unlocking Partyboxes.
2. $PARTY: A governance token that gives players voting power and access to exclusive in-game events.

Mining and Earning Rewards

Mining is one of the key ways to earn resources in Party Icons. Players can send heroes with a Mirpass NFT into the mining area, where the Mirble pool distributes rewards based on total mining power. Collect Mirblite, and then convert it into Mirble for valuable rewards. To maximize your yield, place heroes with high mining power in the available slots and make sure to convert your Mirblite regularly, as unused resources return to the pool after three days.

Partyboxes are essentially loot chests that you can unlock by earning Mania Points through gameplay. Inside, you’ll find exclusive hero skins, weapon skins, and other unique items that add both style and strategic value. Open Partyboxes using either Mirble or Partykeys.

Clubs

Each hero brings unique abilities to the table, giving you strategic advantages in different situations. Once you've chosen your hero, customize your loadout according to the game mode. Tailoring your gear and equipment will boost your chances of survival and help you execute your strategy effectively.

Once in the game, your objectives are straightforward but crucial. First, survival is key. You’ll need to combat both NPCs and enemy players while gathering supplies to keep your team competitive. Heist Chests are scattered around the map, so use your map to locate these valuable loot spots and collect as many resources as possible. Ultimately, the goal is to survive the entire 12-minute match and make it to an extraction point before time runs out. Successfully extracting with your loot not only ensures your survival but also secures valuable rewards at the end.

Map awareness is essential, get to know the layout of each map, including common locations for chests, NPCs, and extraction points. Understanding your surroundings will allow you to make faster, smarter decisions, especially in high-pressure situations. Hero abilities are another crucial factor. Different heroes excel in different roles, so pick one whose abilities align with your objectives. If your main focus is loot collection, for example, a hero with stealth or speed abilities can help you move quickly and avoid detection. Finally, stay alert for OGX God Mode triggers, which can appear in Diamond Sessions. The Sponsor’s actions during God Mode can introduce new obstacles or opportunities, making it essential to adapt and react quickly to maintain your advantage.
