Overwatch is teaming up with Sanrio for a limited-time crossover featuring Hello Kitty and friends. The event brings themed skins to several heroes and runs for a short window, so timing matters if players want to grab everything.

This guide breaks down the release date, all confirmed skins, and the easiest ways to get them, without the extra fluff.

Release Date and Event Window

The Overwatch x Hello Kitty & Friends crossover goes live on February 10, 2026. All skins will be available in the in-game shop until February 23, 2026.

Like past crossover events, this is a limited-time collaboration. Once the shop window closes, the skins are expected to rotate out with no guaranteed return date.

All Hello Kitty & Friends Skins

There are six crossover skins in total, with a strong focus on Support heroes.

  • Juno – Hello Kitty

  • Kiriko – Cinnamoroll

  • Mercy – Pompompurin

  • D.Va – My Melody

  • Widowmaker – Kuromi

  • Lucio – Keroppi

This crossover is notable because it marks Lucio’s first-ever collaboration skin, and the Keroppi theme fits his style surprisingly well. With four Support heroes included, Support mains are getting the most value out of this event.

How to Get the Hello Kitty Skins

All Hello Kitty & Friends skins will be available through the Overwatch shop during the event period. Based on previous crossover events, players can expect a few purchase options.

Skins will likely be sold:

  • Individually for each hero

  • As hero-specific themed bundles

  • As a full Hello Kitty & Friends bundle that includes all skins and cosmetics

There is also a chance that event challenges will reward extra cosmetics, and possibly one free item, though this has not been fully confirmed yet.

Is the Event Worth It?

For players who enjoy crossover cosmetics, this is one of the more unique Overwatch collaborations so far. The art direction stays clean and readable in matches while still leaning into the Sanrio theme.

Since the event is limited-time and tied to the February 2026 update, players who want these skins should plan their purchases early instead of waiting until the final days.

The Hello Kitty & Friends crossover launches alongside Overwatch’s new seasonal direction, making February 10 a major update day overall. If cosmetics are a priority, this event is straightforward: log in during the event window, check the shop, and grab the skins or bundle before they rotate out.
