Sugartown is developed on the Ethereum network and offers players a unique and engaging environment where they can earn in-game rewards. The story unfolds around three farm animals who inadvertently create a passage into Sugartown from another dimension. This passage allows enigmatic beings called Ora's to invade the city and turn Sugartown into an exciting place teeming with entertainment.

Players in Sugartown utilize their ERC-721 Ora tokens as a ticket to the city. Through staking Oras, they can garner energy, used for playing games and earning Sugar, an in-game currency to unlock exclusive rewards. Zynga's Vice President of Web3, Matt Wolf, expressed the company's enthusiasm for the project and highlighted Zynga's dedication to innovation.

Sugartown's launch also offers players the chance to mint their Oras later this year, an essential component to engage in the game's free-to-play mini-games. Sugartown promises to be an evolving experience, continually adapting to satisfy Zynga's community of holders and players. Forte, a company that focuses on blockchain game infrastructure and raised significant venture capital in 2021, is part of this grand venture.
