XProtocol, a modular layer 3 blockchain built on Ethereum’s Base layer 2 network, has recently made headlines with the successful minting of its Genesis NFT collection, which sold out in seconds during the public mint. These 999 unique NFTs grant holders access to exclusive rewards, including participation in the upcoming Xardian node sale and an airdrop for the soon-to-launch KICK token.
The Genesis NFTs, which are already being traded on secondary markets like OpenSea and Magic Eden, offer more than just collectible value. Holders receive boosts for token airdrops, access to raffles and contests, and VIP entry to community events and partner platforms within the XProtocol ecosystem.
XProtocol’s platform, developed with Superchain technology, provides scalable infrastructure and tools for game developers to build and deploy blockchain games. By bundling transactions, the platform achieves faster speeds and reduced gas fees, promising up to 1000 transactions per second (TPS) and fees as low as fractions of a cent. This reduces the load on Ethereum’s mainnet, making blockchain gaming more accessible and cost-effective.
XProtocol’s upcoming Xardian nodes, set to launch on August 27, 2024, will allow participants to validate the network while earning rewards such as KICK tokens, sequencer fees, and future airdrops. The nodes come in 35 different tiers, each offering various entry points and rewards, with Genesis NFT holders receiving guaranteed access.

The project has already demonstrated real-world utility by powering Wonderverse, a Telegram-based RPG game incubated by Seedify. Wonderverse players can farm both KICK and WONDER tokens simultaneously through XProtocol’s integration.
XProtocol has garnered support from major investors such as CoinFund, Saison Ventures, and DragonFly Capital. Recently, the company partnered with Zap.tech as part of Base’s Gigadrops campaign, offering up to $200,000 in rewards alongside other Ethereum layer 2 projects like Anzen and Nektar Network.
With the successful minting of its Genesis collection and the upcoming launch of Xardian nodes, XProtocol is poised to bring its product to mainnet by Q4 2024, alongside the highly anticipated KICK token launch.
