Telos has announced the official launch of Tekika, their most rewarding and comprehensive airdrop campaign to date. By participating in Tekika, Whitelisted users will gain access to mint (redeem) a free NFT designed by Peruvian digital artist MUTE. Interestingly, the NFTs are dynamic and evolve over time.

Users will originally receive an NTT (non-transferable token), which will be upgraded over the course of the campaign based on performance and will transform into an NFT that can be traded on K2-18 at the end of the campaign.

Telos CEO Lee Erswell stated: “The current airdrop meta is exciting for the web3 community but leads to a fragmented,  cumbersome, and fee-intensive user journey, that changes with Tekika."

Details of Campaign

Following the initial mint, participants will then have the opportunity to accumulate points through campaign activity across three different sprints that will lead to a cumulative airdrop from more than a dozen participating DeFi and GameFi projects at the end of the campaign. 

Tekika will take place in the run-up to the launch of K2-18, the new zkEVM gaming sidechain being launched by Telos. The airdrop campaign will be one of the first in web3 that simultaneously includes elements of NFTs, DeFi, GameFi, and a points system. As well as offering up rewards from more than a dozen projects.

The list of partners offering up rewards includes Swapsicle, Symmetric, Velocore, REAX, Reactor Fusion, LogX, Kuma, Entangle, Alternates, Rivera, Macaw, Meridian, Symbiosis, VaporDEX, and Mosaic Bond, with the aim for more to join as Tekika gets underway.
