The second gacha type will include items from the broader Ronin ecosystem and will cost either 10 or 15 RON per spin, equivalent to approximately $4.50 or $7. Items in this pool may include Pixels’ land and Ronkes, among other digital assets linked to the Ronin platform.

While both gachas offer access to high-value NFTs, the likelihood of obtaining them is relatively low. For example, the chance of receiving an Origin Axie, which has an estimated market value of around $1,000, is just 0.01 percent, or one in every 10,000 spins. This structure reflects a randomized model often found in traditional gacha systems, adapted for the web3 space. An additional component of Jin’s Fortune Spin is a feature that may allow users to sell back certain NFTs under specific conditions.

In one example shared by Sky Mavis, a user has the option to immediately sell an Origin Axie back for 2,000 RON, which is roughly equivalent to $900. However, the company has not yet clarified how frequently this option will be available or the valuation model that will be used to determine sell-back prices. This component could introduce a level of liquidity and flexibility that is uncommon in typical NFT gacha systems.
