Rules and Tournament Management

The tournament will be managed through Tourney Bot within the official Discord server. Players are responsible for creating match lobbies, maintaining communication with opponents, and reporting scores through dedicated match threads. Admin support will be available for technical or organizational issues.

Lobbies should remain active once created to avoid confusion, and if opponents fail to appear, participants are instructed to contact tournament administrators. In the event of technical difficulties, matches may be replayed if both players experience crashes.

If only one player crashes, the match may proceed unless both competitors agree to restart. All reported scores must remain accurate, and disputes that are not raised promptly may lead to disqualification. While in-game emotes and competitive banter are permitted, conduct that crosses into abusive or insulting behavior will result in disciplinary action.

How to Access the Test Build

Participation in the tournament requires access to the Project O game client. Interested players can join the Discord server, where instructions are provided in the playtest channels. Before playing, participants must complete a non-disclosure agreement form and submit their email addresses to be added to the whitelist.

Once the test client is downloaded, its legitimacy can be verified by confirming “Koin Games Inc” as the publisher under digital signatures. Installation also requires a password, which is made available in the setup channel. Login is completed using the whitelisted email address, followed by a one-time confirmation code. After entering this code and setting a password, players are able to access the client and join the competition.
