Lightning Forge Games unveils LFG Rewards Season 1 with a 1 million $LFG token airdrop. Players can join through the Gladiator Mayhem beta and earn rewards by competing in matches.
Lightning Forge Games has announced the launch of LFG Rewards Season 1, a play-to-airdrop campaign tied to the upcoming open beta of Gladiator Mayhem, the studio’s debut web3 title. As part of the campaign, a total of one million $LFG tokens will be distributed to participants based on their performance in the game. Players will be able to earn points by participating in matches, winning games, and climbing the leaderboard once the beta goes live. Although the open beta has not yet been released, early access will be available this week for holders of the Forge Key GM Edition.
One Million $LFG Airdrop for Gladiator Mayhem
Gladiator Mayhem is a 2v2 hero auto-battler that features fast-paced, AI-enhanced gameplay. Players control unique heroes drawn from four factions (Barbarians, Imperials, Kingdom, and Ancients) each offering distinct skills and combat styles. The game incorporates AI teammates known as LFG Agents, which are trained using reinforcement learning to support players during matches. Designed for accessibility, Gladiator Mayhem does not require a crypto wallet or app download to begin playing. The game will also integrate with Telegram to streamline onboarding for new users.
LFG Rewards Season 1 is designed to promote early activity in Gladiator Mayhem ahead of its full release. The campaign introduces a points-based reward system, allowing any player who completes a single match during the event to become eligible for a share of the $LFG airdrop.
Additional points are awarded for match victories, high performance ratings, and consistent play. For example, players receive points for playing and winning matches, and bonus points for consecutive wins, high-ranking performance grades, and daily first wins. These points contribute to a season-long leaderboard that determines each participant’s share of the airdrop pool.

In addition to early access, the GM Edition of the Forge Key provides point multipliers during LFG Rewards Season 1. Each key offers a 20 percent boost to all points earned during the campaign. Multiple keys can be stacked, allowing players to increase their bonus proportionally. There is no upper limit on the number of keys a player can use to enhance their score.
Forge Keys are currently available through public minting on both Beam and OpenSea platforms. Each key costs approximately 2 AVAX or 6,290 BEAM, and a total of 2,222 GM Edition keys are available across the two marketplaces. To support community growth, Lightning Forge Games has implemented a referral system as part of the LFG Rewards campaign.
Players who refer others to the game will receive additional point bonuses if both parties play on the same day. The referrer earns a percentage of their referee’s daily base points, while the referee gains a bonus based on the referrer’s performance. Each participant will be issued a referral code once the beta begins. Custom referral codes will also be made available for content creators and community leaders through a request process.
One Million $LFG Airdrop for Gladiator Mayhem
Lightning Forge Games has positioned Gladiator Mayhem as the first title in a growing web3 gaming ecosystem. Two additional games are currently in development, both of which will also operate on the Avalanche network. The second game, YOLO, is a dungeon crawler featuring permadeath mechanics where hero NFTs can be permanently lost. The third title, Grand Tactics: Final Order (GTFO), is a large-scale auto-battler focused on strategy and competitive depth.
GTFO is expected to launch in the fourth quarter of 2025 and will serve as the flagship game within the Lightning Forge ecosystem. All games developed by Lightning Forge are built using the company’s proprietary Satrn.ai engine, which supports deep learning-based AI behavior. This engine may eventually be made available to third-party developers interested in building AI-driven games on the Avalanche platform.
Forge Keys are designed to provide value across all Lightning Forge titles, not just Gladiator Mayhem. They will offer benefits such as early access, exclusive hero drops, and reward multipliers in future campaigns. This makes them a long-term asset for players who intend to remain active in the ecosystem. The studio has indicated that while current Forge Keys are limited in supply, future opportunities to obtain similar assets may accompany the launch of upcoming games.

To ensure a fair and competitive environment, Lightning Forge Games has emphasized that all points must be earned through legitimate gameplay. The platform has established a zero-tolerance policy for cheating, botting, and exploitation. Accounts found violating these terms will be disqualified from the campaign and may face additional penalties. These rules are intended to preserve the integrity of the leaderboard and ensure that the airdrop is distributed to players who participate honestly.
While the structure of the airdrop has been confirmed, Lightning Forge has not yet released the complete tokenomics for $LFG. According to the team, additional details regarding the token’s utility, distribution, and integration into gameplay mechanics will be shared in a forthcoming update. $LFG is expected to support a range of features across the ecosystem, including tournament entries, trading, AI agent upgrades, and cross-title functionality.
The open beta for Gladiator Mayhem is scheduled to launch soon, with Forge Key holders receiving early access ahead of the general release. Once the beta is live, players will be able to earn points by participating in matches and engaging with the LFG Rewards Season 1 system. Participation is free, and even playing a single match will qualify users for the airdrop. From that point, continued engagement and strong performance can help players climb the leaderboard and earn a larger share of the reward pool. Here are all the games mentioned in the article:
