Off The Grid, by Gunzilla Games, has received its premier gameplay trailer, showcasing the game's action-packed battle royale as well as cinematic sequences in between. The latter has been almost a trademark of the wildly anticipated web3 shooter, delivering multiple high quality cinematic episodes set within its universe. The gameplay trailer featured the character Kobra, narrating the entire video's content. The numbering of the trailer in the opening hints towards possibly multiple gameplay content coming out soon.
In terms of gameplay and narrative, OTG's mechanics prioritize immersive storytelling and player autonomy, enabling a maximum of 150 gamers to partake in PvP (Player Versus Player) skirmishes, while simultaneously engaging in PvE (Player Versus Environment) narrative-driven missions within the same expansive map. The trajectory of the storyline is wielded by players' choices, each choice resonating with a substantial influence on the collective gaming encounter. Essential to the OTG experience is its distinct emphasis on crafting, personalization, and item exchange, offering an array of avenues for players to interact within the game's realm.
In the trailer, we get to witness the different mechanics Off The Grid promises to offer its players. Considering it is a battle royale experience, parachuting down onto buildings as well as mobility tools were all present, with your character being able to slingshot and attach to a moving train to get out of sticky situation or even to initiate an aggressive engage. Another section of the gameplay premier showcased a player with traps, or wire mines, set up to catch enemies whenever they come close.
