Each chest guarantees at least one land extension, a NomStead visa membership, and a founder badge. The land extensions included in each chest represent digital land plots with different characteristics that influence gameplay.

The exact land type and quantity vary depending on the chest. For example, the Wood Chest offers an 80% chance to receive grassland and a 20% chance for a small forest land type. The Sapphire Chest provides two land extensions with more diverse options, including large forest and mountain types with roughly equal chances. There is also a rare 10% chance to receive a stadium land type, which is limited to only 100 units total, with 10 available in this sale.

Stadium Land, Wood Chests and Memberships

The stadium land allows players to host player-versus-player battles with custom rules. Other land types generally focus on resource collection and enable building creation. Players can collaborate on these land plots and share any rewards earned. The NomStead visa is a monthly membership pass offering verified in-game badges, special airdrops, increased gold earnings, and early access to new features.

The duration of the visa depends on the chest purchased, with the Wood Chest providing one month, the Emerald Chest offering three months, and the Sapphire Chest granting 12 months of membership. The founder badge is a unique in-game title included in every Genesis Chest. Limited to 4,000 units, this badge grants access to exclusive future rewards and features as the game develops.

Whitelist Spots, Contests, and Community 

The mint process is divided into a whitelist phase and a general public sale. Participants who qualify for the whitelist will be able to mint chests on June 24 at 2 PM UTC. The public mint begins on June 26 at 2 PM UTC, open to all interested buyers. Early players who engaged with NomStead before its integration with Immutable are automatically whitelisted and receive one free chest.

Other players can secure whitelist spots through contests, community contributions, or by joining partner guilds that hold whitelist allocations. Staying updated through the game's social media channels is recommended for those seeking opportunities to join the whitelist. Both whitelist and public mint participants will have the option to purchase multiple chests, although purchase limits may apply to prevent abuse.

At the time of writing, specific restrictions and the distribution of chest supply across the two phases have not been disclosed. After minting, chests can be traded on secondary NFT marketplaces. However, the ability to open Genesis Chests will not be available immediately.
