Griffiths' career path has been diverse, covering roles in consulting, startups, scale-ups, blue-chip companies, and government. He served as Senior Director of Strategy at Electronic Arts and contributed to Codemasters' growth, leading to its $1.2 billion acquisition by EA.

His experience also includes a significant growth story at VGW and launching the Bamboo fintech app from Bali. As General Manager of Motorverse, Griffiths is building a global ecosystem and platform for web3 games in the motorsports category under Animoca Brands.

"This program offers fans exclusive benefits, such as VIP Paddock Experiences at the Grands Prix of 2024, name placement on the bikes, on team websites, sponsor walls, and being invited to exclusive events, Zoom calls with the team members, special custom merchandise, and a chance to win Ducati Panigale V4S, a highly customized official test bike used by Marc Marquez himself."
