Mirandus, the immersive online fantasy world, has launched a new playtest, inviting its community of Exemplars to experience the newly introduced Rolling Hills zone. This limited-time event, which began on August 27th and runs through September 1st, offers players a chance to explore, craft, and hunt in a survival-driven environment while testing game mechanics and earning exclusive rewards.

The Mirandus playtest is a special event where players, known as Exemplars, can test new features and content before they’re released to the public. This latest playtest introduces the Rolling Hills zone, a resource-rich yet challenging environment designed to test player resilience and strategy. Exemplars, represented as human characters for this event, start with basic tools and must adapt to survive and progress in the game.

Rolling Hills Zone: Survival and Strategy

In the Rolling Hills, players gather materials, craft essential items, and engage in strategic hunting missions. This playtest's primary focus is to refine the core gameplay loop of harvesting, crafting, and hunting, which is crucial for player progression in Mirandus. The zone is filled with resources and dangers, requiring players to think critically and act swiftly to overcome the challenges.

A standout feature of this playtest is the hunt for the elusive Golden Rabbit, a creature that tests players’ tracking and hunting skills. Capturing the Golden Rabbit awards the player with a Ruby, which grants the Covenant of the Wild NFT, a limited-edition token that symbolizes their success in the playtest. Additionally, all participants will receive the A Terrifying Sight NFT, ensuring everyone takes home a token of their journey.
