MetaKing Studios, the studio behind web3-based medieval MMO grand strategy game Blocklords, unveiled its cinematic trailer called Slay the Bear. Directed by BAFTA winner Jon Yeo and co-produced with Axis Studios, the trailer is a prelude to Season 1's real-time strategy gameplay. Now available to watch on Blocklords' YouTube channel, it follows the success of "Protect Your House," which accumulated over a million views.

The trailer hints at Season 1's features, promising enhanced mechanics and exclusive rewards. Blocklords, a free-to-play PC game in open beta on the Epic Games Store, has seen over a million weekly gameplay hours during its soft launch, with an anticipated player surge ahead of Season 1.
