MegaWorld, formerly MegaCryptoPolis, has commenced the MEGA token sale in anticipation of the open alpha launch of MegaWorld Express, slated for Q2 2024. The forthcoming courier simulator allows players to engage in various delivery tasks within player-created autonomous cities, aligning with the broader strategy of the web3 city builder.

$MEGA Token Supply

A notable portion, specifically 24%, of the total MEGA token supply will be made accessible through direct deals prior to the alpha launch. This amounts to a total of 5 million MEGA tokens, distributed across five separate batches, each containing 1 million tokens.

Already claimed by players, the first batch requires a minimum purchase of 250,000 tokens, while the second batch, with a minimum order of 150,000, is also spoken for.

Released on February 20th, the third batch is now available to the public, featuring a minimum order of 50,000 tokens. The fourth batch, hitting the public on March 15th, mandates a minimum order of 1,000 tokens.

Fully On-Chain

Significantly, the MEGA token has not been airdropped or distributed previously, making this sale the first substantial opportunity for acquisition. 

As MegaWorld is deployed fully on-chain, MEGA tokens are required for every transaction in the game, with the public alpha providing additional utility. To that end, the funds raised from the mint will also be aimed at increasing user acquisition and token liquidity.
