We got the opportunity to sit down with each of them to ask them a set questions to help you get to know them more personally, their favorite gaming moment growing up, what pushed them to make the jump into web3 gaming, and their outlook on the future of blockchain gaming.

What is your proudest gaming moment?

The birth of Naavik on January 1st, 2019.

What pushed you to transition into work in web3 and choose gaming as your sector of choice?

When I was 10, I visited the British Council Library in New Delhi, India, picked up a book on Adobe Flash, learnt the software in one afternoon and have never stopped making games ever since. Gaming has always been a passion of mine and I don’t see myself leaving the industry until I legally have to.

What excites you the most about the current state of web3 gaming?

That player-owned economies (I prefer this term over web3 gaming) can now unlock a whole new world and value vector for players, virtual asset ownership, which is something the industry has neither seen before nor designed products for, at scale.

Where do you see Naavik’s role in the future of web3 gaming?

One killer game. Web3 gaming is ripe for its Supercell moment.
