Competitive gaming platform Gamer Arena has secured a significant investment from DOMiNO Ventures, valuing the company at $6 million. Through its GAU ecosystem, Gamer Arena offers esports tournaments, competitive mobile games, and AI products. With this investment, the platform aims to enhance its blockchain-based GAU Token ecosystem, expanding its utility and offerings.
DOMiNO Ventures is a Dutch-based early-stage venture capital fund, operating worldwide from its offices in Amsterdam, Istanbul, Estonia, Poland, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. The team invests in artificial intelligence (AI), gaming, and web3 from the following regions: Central Asia, Eastern Europe, and Turkey. The team's mission and global vision is to create a "DOMiNO effect" for mainstream web3 gaming.
As Turkiye’s first and only competitive gaming platform, Gamer Arena hosts tournaments for over 30 popular web2 games, including FIFA, Clash Royale, and PUBG, attracting a user base of more than 500,000 members. The platform operates on the GAU Token infrastructure, enabling users to earn tokens by participating in tournaments and playing self-developed games accessible via web and mobile platforms.
The investment from DOMiNO Ventures will facilitate the development of new AI-based products and the expansion of GAU Token’s utility areas. Gamer Arena is not just limited to competitive gaming; it is positioned as a technology company focusing on artificial intelligence (AI) and web3. Leveraging the GAU Token infrastructure for these new products reflects the company’s strategic approach to increasing the token’s value and utility.
