Cyber Crash, a new web3 tactical card RPG by MetaCene’s developer, begins its first closed test on July 3. Whitelisted players can earn airdrop rewards while exploring strategic gameplay on Android.
Pangu Software, the developer of the web3 game MetaCene, has announced that its new tactical card RPG, Cyber Crash, will begin its first closed testing phase on July 3. The testing period will run for 15 days and offer players early access to the game across Android and PC platforms. Participants will be able to explore the game’s turn-based mechanics while earning airdrop rewards valued at more than $100,000, provided they have secured a whitelist spot.
Cyber Crash CBT Coming Soon
Set in a cyberpunk-themed future in the year 2177, Cyber Crash introduces players to a world where civilization is on the brink of collapse following the outbreak of a dangerous AI-driven virus. This virus has begun corrupting both physical and digital environments, leaving Gospel City as one of the last strongholds of resistance. Players will take on the role of a commander leading a team of Inspectors and Warriors in a battle to fight infected threats and work toward restoring stability.
The game features turn-based strategic gameplay where players form squads of heroes and participate in different combat modes. Available modes during the full release are expected to include Arena, Dimension Assault, Cyber Siege, and both Main and Covert Missions across a world map.
Players can unlock and upgrade more than 100 anime-styled characters, each equipped with cybernetic skills. The team-building process includes various enhancement systems such as Star Up, Implant, and Tactical Circuit to customize character performance further. While the exact mechanics of these features have not been fully detailed, a comprehensive guide is expected to be released in the future.

Players interested in participating in the closed test must obtain a whitelist spot. Those who have previously played MetaCene and possess a combat power of 100,000 or higher in the MetaCene Season Server are automatically eligible. Holders of MUP tokens (formerly MAN tokens) can also participate directly. Eligible users from these categories can log in using their email address to confirm access, and those who initially used a crypto wallet or alternative method will receive in-game instructions to complete their registration.
For new users or those not meeting the veteran criteria, access to the closed test can be secured through participation in the game’s community activities. Pangu Software has encouraged players to join the official Discord channel and monitor the game’s X (formerly Twitter) account, where community leaders and partners may distribute additional whitelist slots.

The closed test will feature airdrop rewards through a system called NeonX. A total of two million NeonX will be distributed, reportedly valued at over $100,000. Players can earn these points by recharging in-game and competing on the leaderboard during the test. NeonX can be exchanged for the game’s upcoming token, $CCC, at a boosted rate, although specific conversion details have yet to be confirmed.
As a blockchain title, Cyber Crash incorporates blockchain elements including NFT-powered features and web-based LP staking. The game also includes NFT farming mechanisms designed to remain accessible to a wide range of players, supporting broader participation in its evolving digital ecosystem.
Once the test launches, Android users will be able to download the game directly, while PC players will need to use an emulator version, both of which will be made available through the game’s official website.
