Voya Games introduces Project Voyager, a companion app for Craft World. Players complete missions to earn crystals and secure Dyno Coin airdrops ahead of the game’s release on Ronin.
Voya Games has officially launched Project Voyager, a companion application to its upcoming idle resource management game, Craft World. The initiative comes ahead of the full release of Craft World on the Ronin blockchain and serves as a play-to-airdrop campaign aimed at engaging the community and offering early rewards.
Craft World Launches Project Voyager
Project Voyager provides players with a variety of missions and quests, which, when completed, reward participants with a resource called crystals. These missions are designed to introduce users to Craft World's core gameplay mechanics and community features. Alongside standard gameplay tasks, users can also participate in social missions that contribute to their overall progress by awarding additional crystals.
The accumulation of crystals over the campaign period is tied to a leaderboard system that ranks players based on their performance. At the conclusion of the campaign, which is expected to run for approximately four weeks, these rankings will be used to determine the distribution of Dyno Coins. These tokens will be airdropped to participants in proportion to their standing on the leaderboard.
Dyno Coin has been developed as a utility token specific to the Craft World ecosystem. Its primary function is to allow players to swap between the 25 types of materials available in the game. Unlike many tokens within the broader web3 gaming space, Dyno Coin is not intended for trading on centralized exchanges. However, it is expected to be listed on Katana, the decentralized exchange (DEX) that operates within the Ronin ecosystem.
Craft World Launches Project Voyager
Voya Games said that they selected Ronin as the platform for Craft World’s launch due to the network’s long-term performance and strong community support. According to Voya CEO Oliver Löffler, Ronin offers a stable environment with an engaged player base and a history of consistent development beyond temporary market trends. He emphasized that Ronin’s ecosystem aligns well with Voya’s goals for scaling sustainable web3 games.
Jeff Zirlin, co-founder of Ronin developer Sky Mavis, also commented on the partnership, noting Craft World’s ability to generate revenue through in-game advertising rather than relying solely on player purchases. He highlighted this model as a strong example of how web3 games can build scalable virtual economies. For further information about Craft World, Project Voyager, or the broader plans of Voya Games, users are encouraged to visit the company’s official website and review its litepaper.
