Axie Infinity Classic Competitive Season 10 is live now through July 24. Battle in ranked play, tournaments, and guild events for a shot at over 36,000 AXS in rewards.
Axie Infinity Classic Competitive Season 10 has officially gone live, and it’s packed with new rewards, tournament formats, and gameplay updates. From now until July 24, players can jump into the arena to battle for a share of more than 36,000 AXS across ranked play, guild competitions, and special events. Whether you’re climbing the leaderboard or just grinding daily matches, there are plenty of reasons to return to Classic this season.
Axie Infinity Classic Season 10 Launches
Axie Infinity Classic Competitive Season 10 sticks to a familiar format, but with new incentives that raise the stakes for competitive players. The main event is the ranked Arena, which is active until July 24 at 00:00 UTC. Players who perform well will earn their shot at the Season Championship and the Lunacian Standoff, while Guilds can compete in leaderboard races and milestone challenges.
The prize distribution breaks down into several buckets. The Guild Leaderboard holds a 10,000 AXS prize pool, and the Season Championship offers another 3,000 AXS. Guild Milestone rewards total 3,000 AXS, and daily Mini Tournaments from July 4 through August 1 will dish out 700 AXS per day. Players ranked between 17 and 300 at season’s end will also qualify for the Lunacian Standoff, which has an 800 AXS pool of its own. All in all, Season 10 is offering more than 36,000 AXS in rewards.

The top 16 players from the ranked ladder will qualify for the Season Championship, a double elimination bracket that plays out with a strategic twist. Each player submits a roster of 10 axies before the competition begins. Then, before each match, both players enter a draft phase that includes banning three axies from their opponent’s roster.
Matches during the bracket are best-of-five, while the championship finals go the distance with a best-of-seven format. Beyond the 3,000 AXS up for grabs, the champion secures a spot in the Axie Classic World Cup, raising the competitive pressure even higher.

Not making it to the top 16? There’s still a way to compete. Players who end Season 10 ranked between 17 and 300 will get a second chance in the Lunacian Standoff. This event gives out 800 AXS in rewards, but only the top 100 Standoff performers will walk away with any prize. The top finisher earns 30 AXS, with prizes scaling down to 5 AXS for ranks 76 through 100. It’s a high-pressure, one-shot tournament for those just outside championship range.
Back by popular demand, Battle Passes and Premium Passes return this season. The Battle Pass is free, offering in-game progression rewards as players climb the Arena. The Premium Pass costs 1,500 Gems and comes with extra perks, including collectible axies, Artifacts, Gold, and tickets for a prize draw.
Premium ticket rewards include rare axies and bonus AXS. The top prize is an Origin axie plus 30 AXS, with other prize tiers offering Japanese, Nightmare, Summer, and Floor axies along with smaller AXS rewards. Premium Pass holders also get everything included in the free Battle Pass, so it’s the most efficient way to stack bonuses during the season.

With the launch of Season 10, the experimental SLP Chest feature has officially been removed. The system was introduced earlier this year to test a new reward format but is being sunset based on player feedback and internal evaluation.
A few key balance changes are also going live this season. Risky Beast at Level 2 now has five fewer points in both Attack and Shield. Red Ear Level 2 loses 10 Shield, and Antenna Level 2 takes a five-point hit to Attack. These adjustments are aimed at tightening the competitive meta and keeping matchups balanced.
Axie Classic has come a long way since its early days, and after its major revival in 2023, it continues to evolve with structured competitive seasons and expanded support for the web3 gaming ecosystem. Season 10 is a milestone that reflects both the game’s growth and the strength of its community. Whether you’re a top-tier competitor or just getting back into the game, now’s a great time to log in and see what’s new.
