Aurory is one of the bright adventure games on Solana, and has been showing promising signs of an enjoyable game for quite some time now. The title just received its 0.2.5 patch update, and it adds a ton of new features for Aurory players to enjoy. The game currently is playable directly through the browser, but the final version promises to be more expansive according to the studio.
The update adds a number of highly requested community features, and this includes the following:
Player profiles
Leaderboard for rankings based on the number of wins
The ability to change in-game names
A new Hype overcharge system during combat
Special cells for more dynamic battles
13 new battle maps
and over 40 quality of life improvements throughout the game
The full patch notes are present within Aurory’s Discord server, but this is probably one of the biggest updates yet for Aurory so it will be interesting to measure how leaderboards and player profiles will contribute to player retention and the competitive aspect of the game.
