My Hero Academia: All’s Justice launches with one of the largest playable casts the series has seen in a fighting game. Drawing from across the anime and manga’s major arcs, the roster brings together UA High students, Pro Heroes and a wide range of villains, with several characters represented through multiple forms that reflect different stages of their development.
Rather than focusing on a single storyline or era, the roster is designed to represent the wider My Hero Academia world, giving players access to both well-known fan favorites and characters who have rarely been playable in previous titles.
UA High Students and Core Heroes
Class 1-A forms the foundation of the roster, with the entire class represented. Izuku Midoriya appears in multiple playable forms, including One For All, Shoot Style, Full Cowling 100% and Rising. Alongside him are Katsuki Bakugo, Ochaco Uraraka, Shoto Todoroki, Tenya Iida and Tsuyu Asui.
The rest of Class 1-A is fully playable, including Denki Kaminari, Eijiro Kirishima, Kyoka Jiro, Momo Yaoyorozu, Fumikage Tokoyami, Mina Ashido, Minoru Mineta, Yuga Aoyama, Hanta Sero, Mashirao Ojiro, Rikido Sato, Toru Hagakure, Mezo Shoji and Koji Koda. Their inclusion ensures that the roster reflects the complete class rather than focusing only on the most prominent characters.

Beyond Class 1-A, students from other classes and schools are also present. This includes Neito Monoma, Itsuka Kendo, Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu, Mirio Togata, Nejire Hado, Tamaki Amajiki, Hitoshi Shinso, Mei Hatsume, Inasa Yoarashi, Camie Utsushimi and Seiji Shishikura. These additions expand the playable lineup beyond UA’s main classroom and into later arcs of the series.
Teachers and school-affiliated heroes are also playable, including Shota Aizawa (Eraser Head), Present Mic and Midnight.
Pro Heroes
The Pro Hero lineup features many of the most influential figures in hero society. All Might appears in multiple forms, including his armored variant, representing both his symbolic peak and his later limitations. Other playable Pro Heroes include Endeavor, Hawks, Mirko, Best Jeanist, Edge Shot, Gang Orca, Gran Torino, Sir Nighteye and Fatgum.

Together, these characters represent a wide range of hero philosophies and combat styles, from frontline powerhouses to mobility-focused and support-oriented fighters.
Villains and Antagonists
Villains make up a substantial portion of the playable roster, covering major antagonists from across the series. Tomura Shigaraki appears in multiple forms, alongside several versions of All For One. Dabi is playable in both his standard and Flame of Death forms, while other League of Villains members include Himiko Toga, Twice, Mr. Compress and Kurogiri.

Additional antagonists include Stain, Muscular, Kai Chisaki, Kendo Rappa, Lady Nagant and Gentle Criminal, who appears alongside La Brava. High-End Nomu is also playable, further reflecting the escalation of threats seen throughout the story.
Multiple Forms and Character Variants
Several key characters appear in more than one playable form. Izuku Midoriya, All Might, Tomura Shigaraki and All For One each have distinct versions that reflect changes in power, abilities or fighting style. These are treated as separate playable characters rather than cosmetic variations, allowing players to choose which era or interpretation they prefer.

This approach increases the number of playable options while also reinforcing the sense of progression found throughout the My Hero Academia narrative.
Roster Scale and First Impressions
At launch, My Hero Academia: All’s Justice features more than 50 playable characters when variants are included, making it the largest roster the series has had in a fighting game to date. The focus is clearly on representation, ensuring that most major arcs, factions and character types are reflected.
While competitive balance will take time to fully settle, the size and variety of the roster provide a strong foundation for both casual play and long-term support. As a starting point, All’s Justice offers one of the most complete and varied character lineups the franchise has seen so far.
