Marvel Rivals Deadpool Best Combo

Deadpool is joining Marvel Rivals in Season 6, and his kit is built around chaos, mobility, and forcing bad decisions. He is listed as a zero-star difficulty hero, but that does not mean he plays like a basic character. Deadpool is designed to flex across roles, swap weapon sets, and power up mid-match through an experience and upgrade system.

How Deadpool Combos Work

Deadpool combos work because most of his value is front-loaded into short windows. The goal is to connect two things: a fast damage string and a setup that forces mistakes.

These rules keep the combos consistent:

  • Start combos at close to mid-range. Pistols drop off hard, and melee needs you in range anyway.

  • Swap weapons early in the string, not at the end. The swap is part of the pressure.

  • Use Deadpool in Your Area as your “cover” button. It disrupts vision, pressures enemies, and makes your follow-up safer.

  • Bunny Bounce is not just movement. Jumping on an enemy’s head is often the cleanest way to finish a string and push style toward ultimate.

All-Purpose Combo: Fast Style Build Into Ultimate

This is the most important Deadpool combo because it is the simplest way to get ultimate access fast in a real fight. It is built around chaining pistols, the spinning icon throw, a quick swap, then melee pressure and a head stomp.

Combo steps (basic version):
Start with Desert Eagles shots to begin pressure. Cancel into the spinning icon throw in pistol mode. Immediately swap into katana mode and use Hazardous Hijinks to close distance. Cancel that momentum into Deadpool in Your Area, then take one katana hit and finish with Bunny Bounce onto the target’s head.

If it is executed cleanly and the hits connect, this string spikes style quickly and often unlocks ultimate right away or very close to it. It is also a good “check” combo since it forces the enemy to react to multiple threats in a short time.

When to use it: at the start of a fight, when you are taking a clean 1v1, or when a support is exposed and needs to be removed quickly.

Dive Combo for Backline Picks

Deadpool’s most consistent kill pattern is a quick entry, disruption, and a short burst window. The main thing is keeping the target’s screen messy long enough to land your melee hits and your bounce.

Combo steps:
Approach from an angle and start in pistols if you need to tag the target first. Swap to katana as soon as you are in range. Use Hazardous Hijinks to stick to the target, then trigger Deadpool in Your Area while you are on top of them. Follow with katana hits, then Bunny Bounce on their head to keep your movement active and maintain pressure.

This combo is less about perfect damage and more about removing the target’s ability to aim and track you. Deadpool in Your Area is doing a lot of work here, so do not waste it early from far away.

Ultimate Combos That Win Fights

Deadpool has two ultimates depending on mode. The best combos are the ones that start with a setup, not raw ultimate activation.

Melee Ultimate Combo

The Big Test is strongest when you enter it already close and already winning the trade.

Combo steps:
Dash in with Hazardous Hijinks and force contact, then activate Deadpool in Your Area to make the target’s response sloppy. Pop The Big Test and immediately use your refreshed mobility to keep sticking to the same target. Keep looking for head stomps with Bunny Bounce during the empowered window since it helps maintain the loop and keeps you hard to track.

Ranged Ultimate Combo

The Ban Hammer style ultimate is matchup-dependent. It is best into enemies that must aim.

Combo steps:
Tag the target with pistols to force them to fight you. Activate Deadpool in Your Area as you close in, then use the ranged ultimate on a target that is actively shooting and relying on accuracy. The combo works because the vision disruption makes misses more likely, and misses feed the punishment part of the ult.

Exit Combo: How Deadpool Leaves Without Throwing

A big part of playing Deadpool well is ending the combo cleanly. If the pick is not happening, the goal is to break line of sight, reset cooldowns, and keep your passive healing window alive.

Combo steps:
After your pressure string, use Bunny Bounce to reach a wall or high ground route. If you have Hazardous Hijinks available, use it to create space, not to chase. Swap back to pistols only after you are safe so you can cover your retreat with close-range shots if someone follows.

The mistake most Deadpools make is spending the last dash trying to confirm damage. Save one movement option for leaving. That is what makes the next fight possible.
