Your first major bounty in High On Life 2 sends the player to Pinkline Harbor and onto a luxury cruise ship to hunt down billionaire Larry Pinkstock. What starts as a simple contract quickly turns into a mix of combat, mini games, and a full murder mystery sequence.

This guide walks through how to reach Pinkstock, get a cruise ship ticket, solve the murder mystery correctly, and defeat Kreg Button to complete the bounty.

Getting to Pinkline Harbor

To begin the Larry Pinkstock bounty in High On Life 2, head to the train station and take the monorail to Pinkline Harbor. Pinkstock is relaxing on his private cruise ship, but access requires a ticket.

Upon exiting the station, two members of the Button’s Gluttons block the path. Dialogue choices do not affect the outcome, and a fight is unavoidable. This serves as an early combat test, so players should get comfortable using their Gatlians and movement tools.

After the fight, Reptical calls and invites the player to his skate shop by the beach. Stopping by unlocks skateboard customization options and provides a light break before continuing the mission.

How Do You Get a Cruise Ship Ticket?

Lizzie hacks into the passenger logs and discovers someone at the local beach bar Pinkerbellies has been bragging about an extra ticket. Time to make a new friend.

Getting the Ticket From Travis

Inside Pinkerbellies, the player meets Travis, a Gatlian fish going through a breakup. He owns the spare cruise ticket but requires emotional support first.

Sitting with him activates the Happy-O-Meter. To fill it, complete several mini games:

• Dance Dance G.R.O.O.V.E. involves timed button prompts.

• Darts becomes difficult due to the drunk visual effect.

• Drawing Travis requires creating a simple portrait.

Performance does not need to be perfect. The goal is simply to fill the meter. Once maxed, Travis invites the player onto the cruise ship as his guest.

1. Locate the Pinkstock Circumcision Laser to the left of the fedora display
2. Direct the laser through empty gaps in the framed paper bills blocking your path
3. Break the display case and grab the fedora quickly

Visiting the Suit Shop

Travis wants matching outfits, so head upstairs to the Suit Shop. Owner Thurston asks personality questions before assigning your look. The answers only affect minor dialogue, so pick whatever amuses you.

Rescuing Knifey From the Lido Deck

An announcement warns guests about a "knife-related problem" on the Lido Deck. That's Knifey causing trouble with some teenagers.

To get your weapon back:

1. Collect six scattered letters while skateboarding around the deck
2. Assemble them into a word (it's not family friendly)
3. Launch a lugblob into the air using Travis's alternative fire

Button's Gluttons attack after you retrieve Knifey. Clear them, then return to the main hallway where staff will recognize your VIP status and provide your suite key.

Solving the Murder Mystery

After resting in your suite, dress up and attend the VIP Murder Mystery Party. Four arrogant guests await in the exclusive room before Larry Pinkstock makes his grand entrance.

The lights cut out. A gunshot rings. When visibility returns, Pinkstock lies dead and you're tasked with identifying the killer.

Exhaust all dialogue options with every VIP member. New conversation branches unlock as you gather evidence, so check back frequently.

Revealing the Killer

Press the big red button when ready and select these answers in order:

1. O.B. Oberon
2. Because Pinkstock is responsible for her brother's death
3. She's wearing a rosy perfume
4. She won a shooting competition trophy
5. Nobody else could have fired the shot

Oberon confesses, but here's the twist: Larry Pinkstock walks in alive. Oberon only killed his clone. Before he can gloat further, Kreg Button impales him with a tentacle, stealing your bounty.

How Do You Defeat Kreg and Escape?

The ship erupts into chaos. Fight through waves of Button's Gluttons with all your Gatlians restored. You'll face Tiffany as a mini boss at the Lido Deck before reaching Kreg on the upper deck.
