The Exterminators function as a safety net for players aiming for 100% completion. If a Luglox was skipped during a mission that cannot be replayed, it becomes available for purchase through these vendors.
They do not sell Luglox from open-world areas that remain accessible. Those can still be collected manually at any time.

Each missed Luglox costs 300 Pesos to recover. You can only buy three at a time before needing to restart the dialogue. If you missed a significant number of collectables, prepare yourself for some repetitive conversations.

Circuit Arcadia Location
The first Luglox Exterminator sits near the Big Pharma area in Circuit Arcadia. Look for the distinctive van with two characters waiting outside. This location serves as the most central option for players spending time in the main hub.

Pinkline Harbor Location
Head down to the beach area in Pinkline Harbor to find the second vendor. The van parks in a visible spot along the shoreline, making it easy to spot once you know what you're looking for.

The third and final Luglox Exterminator waits just outside the zoo entrance in Circuit Arcadia Zoo. If you're hunting collectables in this area, you won't need to travel far to recover any missed containers.
Tip
Visit the vendor closest to your current location rather than fast traveling across the map. All three sell the same missed Luglox inventory.

What You Can Recover
Luglox Exterminators only sell containers from areas that are permanently locked after mission completion.
These include:
Pinkline Cruise mission collectables
Murder Con event items
Luglox in one-time story locations
Any mission area that cannot be revisited
Luglox in freely explorable areas do not appear in the vendor shop since they can still be collected normally.
Is 100% Completion Worth It?
For players chasing achievements and trophies in High On Life 2, recovering missed Luglox is necessary for full completion. The Luglox Exterminator system removes the risk of permanently missable collectables, which is often a problem in mission-based games.
