In High On Life 2, Dr Gurgula’s Transmissions are hidden collectibles tied to the Dr Gurgula Will Return trophy. There are only three in the entire game, but two of them are missable during story missions. If players leave those areas without collecting them, they cannot return later and will need a new playthrough.

What Are Dr. Gurgula’s Transmissions
Dr Gurgula’s Transmissions are secret recordings hidden in specific missions and locations. They reward players who explore beyond the main objective path. Collecting all three unlocks the Dr Gurgula Will Return trophy automatically.
The main thing to remember is that two transmissions are tied to story missions that cannot be revisited. Players should slow down and search carefully before finishing those sections.
Transmission 1 Location – Wyoming Mission
The first transmission appears during the Wyoming story mission after rescuing your dad and returning to the main building.
Continue progressing until reaching the room with Ted’s clothes and large windows. In one corner of this room, there is a vent that is easy to overlook.
To reach it, use the structure near the windows and perform a wall ride to access the vent opening. The transmission is inside the vent.
This one is missable. Once the mission ends, the area becomes inaccessible. Players should double check the room before moving forward.

Transmission 2 Location – Professor Berkel Bounty
The second transmission is found during the Professor Berkel bounty mission in the beach research area.
In the research zone, look for a tent on the right side. Walk through it until reaching a red button at the far end. Press the button, then follow the cable connected to it. The cable leads to another tent where the transmission is located.
This area cannot be accessed after completing the bounty. Make sure to grab the transmission before finishing the mission objective.

Transmission 3 Location – Circuit Arcadia
The final transmission is in Circuit Arcadia. This one is not missable because Circuit Arcadia remains accessible throughout the game.
Head to the northern building in the area and look for a truck blocking the entrance. Use Travis and Jan to lift the truck and go inside.
In the first room, drop to the lower level and use Travis to extract the Lugblob. Place the Lugblob on the panel to open the gate.

In the next room, extract the Lugblob again and move it to the upper level using the truck. Position it near the right edge. Use Gus to open the lower panel, then connect the panel to the Lugblob, connect the Lugblob to the corner node on the top floor, and then connect that node to the door using Sheath.

In the final room, carry the Lugblob forward. Use Travis and Jan to launch it onto the center truck and lower it slightly. Then connect the nodes in this order: right panel to the lower node behind the truck, lower node to the Lugblob, Lugblob to the node above the first gate, that node to the upper area node behind the truck, and finally to the door.
Once the connections are complete, the door opens and the final transmission is inside.

Dr. Gurgula Will Return Trophy
After collecting all three Dr Gurgula Transmissions, the Dr Gurgula Will Return trophy unlocks automatically. There are no extra requirements.
Players aiming for full completion should save before starting the Wyoming mission and the Professor Berkel bounty. Exploring thoroughly during those missions prevents unnecessary replay. Circuit Arcadia can be cleaned up at any time, so it is safe to leave for later.
With all three transmissions collected, players will have secured one of the more easily missed trophies in High On Life 2 and completed every hidden Dr Gurgula recording in the game.
