Dispatch doesn’t treat achievements as an afterthought. They sit right on top of the story, the dispatch system, the romance routes, and the branching choices. Instead of being a “finish the episode” checklist game, Dispatch rewards how you think, who you support, and even how fast or slow you complete certain hacks.
Because choices overwrite your progression, you’ll need several targeted episode replays to finish everything.
This guide explains every achievement, the required conditions, and the fastest/cleanest platinum route without wasting runs.

Episode 1: Pivot
Episode 1 introduces the dispatch system, the core cast, and the basic success/failure logic behind hero assignments. Nothing in this episode is missable, and it’s the safest place to experiment with events, hacking, and team combinations.
Episode 2: Onboard
Episode 2 ramps up the mechanics with full hack minigames, probability-based dispatching, and your first opportunities to trigger hero abilities. This is where the game starts tracking performance, luck, and player choices. Several mechanical trophies are easiest here.
Episode 3: Turnover
Episode 3 is the first major branching point. You must remove either Coupe or Sonar, which locks out certain trophies on that run. This episode also contains synergy, luck, and stat-based trophies, making it a dense achievement chapter.
Episode 4: Restructure
Episode 4 introduces new recruit choices and pushes narrative consequences forward. You’ll choose between two heroes, each granting their own exclusive trophy. No performance-based trophies here, but the choice is permanently tied to your route.
Episode 5: Team Building
Episode 5 focuses heavily on team progression and dispatcher growth. This is where most stat-based achievements naturally unlock. It’s the best episode to push rank, upgrade levels, and solidify your main hero for long-term challenges.
Episode 6: Moving Parts
Episode 6 features a major infiltration segment with unique mechanics, this is where hacking and timing challenges peak. One of the toughest technical trophies appears here, requiring fast and accurate battery throws.
Episode 7: Retrospective
Episode 7 revisits your earlier choices and introduces another community-based trophy. This is also where the “Modded” trophy becomes available, focusing on positive-shift bonuses and avoiding negatives.
Episode 8: Synergy
Episode 8 is the climax of the Dispatch storyline. The map becomes chaotic, stability drops constantly, and heroes must handle multiple threats. This episode contains all romance outcomes, all final moral decisions, and some of the hardest challenge trophies in the game.
Remember that Dispatch rewards both strategic thinking and emotional investment in its characters. The achievement system encourages multiple playthroughs to explore different narrative paths, making each completion run feel meaningful rather than repetitive. Whether you're chasing that perfect dispatcher rating or exploring every romance option, each achievement represents a different facet of this rich superhero management experience.
