Your first Crow Relic comes from the fair's minigames. Play the various attractions to accumulate tickets, then visit the vendor positioned east of the minigame area. You'll need 500 Tickets to purchase this relic.
Where to Find Mermaid District Crow Relics?
Mermaid District Relic 1 (Floor 1)
After losing track of Herminia Espina, you'll navigate through barn buildings toward the market. When you reach the room filled with deceased pigs and chickenwire gates (look for a candle-lit table beneath a wheel), continue downstairs. You'll encounter a closed door leading to a balcony with a climbable wall. Instead of taking that route, turn around and enter through the open balcony door. The Crow Relic waits in the room beyond.
Mermaid District Relic 2 (Tablao Zafiro Floor 2)
Inside Tablao Zafiro, check the western bathroom. The Crow Relic sits in the right-hand toilet stall. Clear out enemies in the main bathroom before grabbing it to avoid getting ambushed.

Mermaid District Relic 3 (Floor 0)
While traveling toward La Perla Oculta using the southern path near El Cuerno Albino, Dolores will ambush you. During the stealth section where you push a yellow-tarped mine cart, look for scaffolding on the left side (freight lift is on the right). Find the second mine cart among the scaffolding, push it forward, then open the chest beside the burning barrel in the small room.
Mermaid District Relic 4 (La Perla Oculta Floor -1)
You can spot this relic through partially open double doors in the lobby. Access it by entering the door toward the elevator, turning left to find peepholes, then squeezing through the narrow gap on the left. Head south past two unmarked doors. The left door contains enemies and your Crow Relic.
Mermaid District Relic 5 (Floor 0)
Locate the courtyard containing the Solari corpse near the memory of an agent warning his parents. Enter the nearby shop, go through the right-side door, defeat two enemies, and collect the Crow Relic from a crate.
Mermaid District Relic 6 (La Fortuna Esmeralda Floor 1)
From the domino room in La Fortuna Esmeralda, exit through the eastern door and clear the subsequent rooms. Your Crow Relic rests on a desk near the Bingo board.

Ram District Relic 1 (The Dam Floor 2)
After acquiring the sniper rifle in Sector A, travel north along the dam road. Pass the truck embedded in the building (a motorbike sharpening vendor sits nearby), continue through the next room, and find a bricked wall with a closed gate.
The fuse panel requires this combination from left to right: Off, On, On, Off. This hits the 100-point threshold and opens the gate automatically.
Ram District Relic 2 (The Dam Floor 2)
Inside the Fierro Blanco Construcciones warehouse, locate the southeast corner. A small gap exists underneath a raised crate beside a shipping container. Crawl through to reach an exterior small room containing a chest with the Crow Relic.
Ram District Relic 3 (The Dam Floor 1)
Once you have the Wrench, unlock the door and return to the Dam bridge. Head east to the next building and descend the stairs. Use your Wrench on the burst gas pipe, then enter the office and check the cabinet for your Crow Relic. A Vinyl Record also sits on the turntable here.
Ram District Relic 4 (El Picadero)
In Sector B, head outside and approach the shipping container past the makeshift workshop. The fuse box on the other side needs: On, On, Off, On from left to right. Enter through the vent on the right, crawl to the locked room, and climb upstairs. You'll find Holy Blood on a shelf plus a chest containing Silver Bulls and the Crow Relic.
Ram District Relic 5 (El Picadero)
Continuing through Sector B, you'll reach a warehouse. Open the double doors to witness a memory of a worker confronting his boss. A vent nearby requires positioning a mine cart to access. Crawl through, follow the tracks in the next room, and check the oil drum on the right wall for your Crow Relic.

How Do I Collect Anchor District Crow Relics?
Anchor District Relic 1 (Floor -1)
From the central hub, board the boat but sail south into the cave instead of north. Dock at the nearby port, smash through wooden boards, and climb through the narrow gap. Eliminate enemies around corners, then open the chest for a Crow Relic and a Maremanto page.
Anchor District Relic 2 (Tower of Judgement Floor 6)
After collecting the Small Ship's Wheel and lowering the Tower bridge, follow Admiral Castigo upward. Complete the Floor 7 puzzle, then descend into the prison section. You'll notice a small rock hole with a flame trap opposite. Head north past the locked door instead and open the chest.
Anchor District Relic 3 (Tower of Judgement Floor 3)
This relic is extremely easy to miss. While navigating Floor 3's flame traps, watch for the northern loop of the path. Shortly after squeezing through a narrow gap near a flame trap, hug the right wall to discover a small cave containing the Crow Relic on the ground. Do not drop into the puzzle room below before collecting it.

Anchor District Relic 4 (Tower of Judgement Floor 3)
After solving the Floor 3 puzzle and grabbing the Admiral's key, cross the chasm. When you reach a drop leading to a Petréo fight, stop. Turn around and crawl through the wall hole to find a chest with the Crow Relic. Dropping down eliminates any chance of returning.
Anchor District Relic 5 (Floor 0)
With the Octopus Valve from the Tower, return to the central area. Visit the southern lodge and unlock the door using your valve. Inside, you'll face a light puzzle where you must illuminate all nodes by toggling segments. Light the border nodes first, then fill the interior. The chest rewards you with a Crow Relic, Silver Bulls, and Holy Blood.
Anchor District Relic 6 (Floor 0)
Using the Octopus Valve, unlock the sealed eastern door near where you defeated Padre Arroyo. Follow the outdoor path to a wheel that opens a gate to the northern map section. Return to your boat (use shortcuts if needed) and sail north, taking the right path through the gate. Dock, climb the ledge, and collect the Crow Relic from the sealed well.
